У свою чергу, перший заступник міністра охорони здоров'я України Василь ЛАЗОРИШИНЕЦЬ констатував, що впровадження карантину сприяло зниженню захворюваності на грип та ГРВІ серед студентів та учнів. In turn, First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Vasyl Lazoryshynets noted that the introduction of quarantine helped to reduce the incidence of influenza and ARI among students and pupils.
За словами Ю.ПУККІЛИ, місія ВООЗ працюватиме в України до кінця наступного тижня, і тоді буде оприлюднений звіт ВООЗ відносно ситуації з розповсюдженням епідемії в Україні. Він наголосив, що Україні треба починати вакцинацію населення якнайшвидше. He stressed that Ukraine should start as soon as possible vaccination of the population. Разом з тим, додав Ю.ПУККІЛА, ВООЗ підкреслює, що для всього населення України вакцини не вистачить, тому уряду потрібно визначити групи ризиків, для яких вакцинацію треба проводити в першу чергу. However, added Yu PUKKILA, WHO stresses that the entire population of Ukraine is not enough vaccine, so the government needs to determine risk group for which vaccination should be done first.
