What follows comes from a contact who has taken the Ukraine story as a personal mission, covering it as best he can over a great many internet stories. He attempts to corroborate in a professional manner. This was shared last week. The virus is not a plague, a term that technically means over 95% mortality. Surely, the situation is very bad. An adjuvenant promotes mutations within mandatory vaccines against the virus (more like to promote the virus). It is unclear what agreement, pressure, and extortion was used to obtain the USAir Force aircraft and equipment in return. One can only speculate. He wrote the following.

Martial law was declared and there are forced vaccinations, even though the vaccination is part of the problem, not the solution. A third party can even catch it by being near someone who had the vaccination. The vaccinations add to the cocktail of viruses in the system and are a part of the strategy. They will need the militias to put everyone in quarantine.

US Military planes were the ones spreading the clouds, flown by Ukraine pilots. Indian and Pakistan Air Forces forced down the planes and found them fully outfitted with cloud duster hardware. The US government demanded the planes be returned since they belong to the USA. People are coming down with highly elevated fevers around 130-140 degrees. Their lungs are full of blood and are pitchblack like coal when they die. Speculation is Ukraine is a trial ballon, like a live fire exercise, and other targets will follow, possibly with much stronger concoctions. Just like the Ukraine version is stronger than the Mexico City version, the next release could be much stronger still. This is the biggest story since 9-11 and the mainstream news is conspicuously silent, not even reporting on the basic uncontested facts about numbers of sick."

What I Think is Happening Personally - My Thoughts on Ukraine and Spraying 12/07/09 10:22am

These are my thoughts on what is happening.

After spending the hours/days/weeks on investigating what is happening in Ukraine and other areas, I am now going to voice my thoughts on the situation.

These thoughts include many aspects including those, some would call conspiracies.

The plague/bacterial pneumonia that has been in Ukraine AFTER Spraying was done trying to cause a Major outbreak of disease. I firmly believe it was done on purpose and Ukraine was the testing place for the first spraying!

I firmly believe it is being done by TPTB - WHY?

With all the economic breakdowns and Ukraine has many problems with many complicated aspects involved with their breakdown. From the Presidential elections and power plays, to their money problems, to Russia wanting their resources of gas, to so many other internal problems they have, after I researched what is going on there, they were the perfect testing ground in TPTB eyes. I feel very bad for Ukraine's people, after all I have read about their situation. Their political situation is sickening - it is not about the people there, it is about the power players. The country is underwater financially, trying to get loans from the IMF and they do not have good medical care overall.

Poland - the Health Minister has remained firm (which is awesome) against vaccines - could their spraying (still not sure, it actually happened) be part of a retaliation against the Polish people?

I also believe this spraying did not have the complete effect TPTB have wanted, the amount of spreading of the disease/plague has decreased from all that I have read (unless the numbers are being hidden).

What does that mean?

It means TPTB may have used the spraying of Ukraine as a test - to see how effective the disease sprayed was and how well it would spread.

Are they now refining the disease, so it will be more lethal for the coming sprayings planned?

I believe there will be 9 times of spraying, which we will hear about with sickness afterwards.

I also believe there have been 4 so far (by my count).

One - Ukraine
Two - Paraguay
Three - Poland (though not sure about that one)
Four - Saratov

Considering a certain program stated a long time ago "ill winds" would start at the end of Oct. - and then the spraying of Ukraine happened - says the program was exactly correct in it's predictions.

The prediction says 9 times around the world with these "ill winds". I thought about it many times on how it could be 9 times. After hearing of more incidents of spraying - beginning in Paraguay with the spraying of a tribe there and them being sick afterwards, made me realize, we would hear about spraying and then people being sick afterwards 9 times.

It was somewhat confirmed after I read the newest Web bot alta report that came out yesterday. You can get it here: www.halfpasthuman.com for $10.00, it is 58 pages. BUT I warn you - Do not get it - if you can not handle some extreme changes in the world coming up.

It mentioned the "ill winds" saying the 9 times was SET in the language and the "ill winds" WILL be around the world 9 times!

Now, think about the one place that would be the best to spray.... where people from every corner of the world will be there, thus the disease is set to absolutely travel to every single country of the world. After the testing of Ukraine and the refining of the disease to make it more contagious, it could then spread around the world, from this one event. Which is also mentioned in the report, as having spraying being done and disease following that spraying. Now, you guess which event is coming up that will have people from Every corner of the world, in February and is an ideal place to set off a world wide plague/disease! The language from the web bot - has the Olympics firmly within it - as spraying of disease!

Now, I have been contacting Medical Examiners and even though information SHOULD BE Public about what caused deaths, I am Getting Nowhere! I have now been asking ONE SIMPLE QUESTION - Which is: "Did the People die of Bacterial Pneumonia?" The people I talk to will NOT answer that One question nor will others call me back. I have challenged the people at the examiners offices, asking WHY they will not answer that? Also, isn't that information suppose to be available to all?

Earlier in history, they gave Indians blankets with small pox, because they WANTED the land!

The LIE of Iraq being involved with 9/11 - just to go to war with them and take over the country.

The Fact that has just been released that Bin Laden had been cornered in Afghanistan, BEFORE the U.S. went into Iraq, so they let him go - otherwise the Iraq war would not be warranted nor accepted by the people.

BUT - I also believe there are ways to combat this by us all.

First getting information OUT that spraying has and is occurring to cause disease BESIDES the Chemtrails that are laid across the Earth's skies every day.

I believe if we all come together with Actual Knowledge - Truth and Knowledge is the Key to Combating what may be planned, we can survive the "ill winds" planned.

Also, I have been spending literally Hours investigating a certain person - which I have hinted at before in a previous post - I have come up with some very interesting information, which I am not ready to release yet. There is ONE key information I have yet to find, which would be Absolute Proof of what looks to be the Truth of the site/person that they are Part of the PTB/vaccine companies/WHO game! Their plays of the game are to cause constant Fear - be quoted by MSM and release information of Mutations all the time, but Not the Real Truth! They have embedded themselves in the alternative media too - being quoted by them all the time - they were set there to do that, so they control the information on BOTH sides! BUT history shows how embedded the site/person is with the vaccine makers and Big Institutions, supported by Rockefeller etc, of which I DO Have Proof of. Again, there is ONE Thing I want to find, before I post my findings.

A DEADLY plague could sweep across Europe, doctors fear, after an outbreak of a virus in Ukraine plunged the country and its neighbours into a state of panic.

On, this forum/message board there are posts after posts of people and family members very sick, with high temperatures.

I inserted them, as I thought most people would be interested in how the People in the Ukraine feel and what they say/think is going on! Notice most don't think the official numbers are correct from the Ukraine either. I know it can be hard to understand, but you can basically get the jest of it all.

An estimated 166 A/H1N1 cases (including 15 deaths) have been confirmed in Ukraine, Ukrainian First Deputy Health Minister Vasyl Lazoryshynets told a briefing on Nov. 16.

Lazoryshynets said the situation with flu and respiratory diseases has generally stabilized in Ukraine, with 40,500 (50%) of the 75.800 people hospitalized with flu being discharged from hospitals.

A total of 299 people have died since the beginning of the flu and respiratory disease epidemic in Ukraine (17 people have died over the past 24 hours).

Lazoryshynets reiterated that the total number of flu deaths in 2009 is lower than it was in 2008.

In Kherson President Victor Yushchenko took part in a meeting on urgent measures to ensure regional security in an epidemic situation, presidential press office reported.

Opening the meeting President Yushchenko said that last year, as well as before that the statistics of flu and ARD were higher, but this year the scandal and panic were artificially created by political motives.

"Our greatest enemy, when we talk about the current situation of the epidemic is the political behavior that is totally irresponsible and most likely is aimed at making use of the political map in this process to the maximum", said Victor Yushchenko. He added that this has made the behavior of people irrational and inadequate to the situation adding obstacles to fighting the disease and reducing the effectiveness of doctors.

Also, according to the President, the Ukrainian statistics do not reflect real situation with the disease spread, adding up complications in fighting against the epidemic. “The Statistics provides inadequate situation in Ukraine: incomplete or distorted statistics has turned half of Ukraine on its head as well as deceived the whole world ", said Victor Yushchenko, adding that this creates a lot of psychological problems among the population that needs to know accurate information about the spread of the disease.

The President said that only 1082 laboratory test to detect A/H1N1have been made in the whole country, which can not be normal in a situation when the number of patients with flu and ARD exceeds one million.

Also Victor Yushchenko stressed that Ukraine has no state center for infectious diseases, including influenza; no specific plans and measures had been elaborated to fight the epidemics of flu; no timely modern type flu diagnostics had been established.

It made impossible for the authorities to assess the epidemic situation properly and timely, thus determining the tactics and providing right treatment and preventive measures.

Victor Yushchenko thanked Ukrainian doctors, who performed their duty in this difficult situation. "During the last month the most did the doctor, like noon eels in Ukraine", stressed the President.

WHO - should have released the information of sequences of what is causing all the sickness in the Ukraine around the 4th of November, they never have. Now, in this article, they are saying they will make an announcement next week on what is happening there. If it is simply the H1N1 as implied in this article, then why have they not released the information earlier?

The World Health Organisation (WHO) will make a public report about Ukraine ’s epidemic situation next week.

"Our experts have developed certain recommendations, and on the basis of working together with government departments, we are happy to pass them on for implementation… Our epidemiological team has completed the data collection phase in the Lviv region and other western Ukrainian oblasts, and we are now analyzing the results. These will be published in our report next week, at the time where our mission will have complete its work here," stated Yukka Pukkile, head of the WHO mission, which is researching the current epidemic situation in Ukraine .

He also emphasized: "The epidemic has spread all over the world, and is impossible to stop. In Ukraine, people should try to understand that the pandemic has affected all countries, and Ukraine is no exemption. We shouldn’t blame anyone. We should instead, combine all of our energy, to do our best to control the situation to minimize the resultant harm… The committee has come to its conclusions, which can be summarized in that there is not a serious difference of the morbidity patterns of H1N1 in Ukraine with that of other countries.”

Simultaneously, WHO’s clinical expert Dr. Simon Mardel, highly commended the organization of the work of the government in its fight against the epidemic. "Our clinical group of specialists conducted their research in Western Ukraine…And we noticed that medical staff were prepared to give us their total cooperation on the spot… I was also struck by how accommodating Ukrainian professionals were, and the Ukrainian example was indeed a positive experience for all of us … And we are convinced that this extends to all organizational levels of Ukraine," he stated.

So, in reading this, are we to come to the conclusion that what is happening in the Ukraine (bleeding lungs, virus that can be caught through the eyes being airborne etc) is IN all countries, right now? What exactly are they saying here? I seriously believe, they need to clarify what they mean and if it is in other countries right now.

The governments and the WHO need to be up front and honest in their statement next week! If this is indeed in all countries now - they need to let people know EXACTLY what it is - so people can take the necessary precautions, in my opinion.

I learned more in this article about what is going on with people medically, though the article attributes it all (spreading fast, people dying) to the Swine Flu and bad health care of the Ukraine.
Yet in my opinion, it is very revealing that what is happening in the Ukraine, is definitely not the Swine Flu and the descriptions does sound like the pneumonic plague.

LVIV, Ukraine — When patients began arriving in Vyacheslav Bonder’s intensive care unit two weeks ago, their lungs so saturated with blood that they could barely gasp, the only thing he could compare it to was a field hospital in wartime. As soon as he hooked one patient up to a ventilator, a second and third would appear in the doorway.

By that time, hospitals were clearing wards to make room for a wave of pneumonia cases, and people were crowding into drugstores to buy whatever they could get their hands on. Rumors were circulating that the government had ordered the city aerially sprayed with chemicals, to cure Lviv (pronounced luh-VEEVE) of disease or, in a grimmer version, to exterminate its carriers.

The panic lifted almost as quickly as it had arrived, and the World Health Organization announced Friday that the swine flu illnesses and deaths so far in Ukraine — 265 fatalities nationwide, with 87 in the Lviv region — were statistically no worse than those in other countries. But what happened here has drawn rapt attention from experts bracing for the epidemic to hit Europe, and especially the fragile health care systems of countries of the former Soviet Union.

Early findings are that serious cases mounted because the sick avoided hospitalization until their illness was dangerously advanced, stockpiles of Tamiflu were locked in centralized locations and the supply of ventilators fell short, said David Mercer, of the World Health Organization’s European regional office.

“It’s not like this caught us by surprise; we’ve known for months that this was coming,” said Dr. Mercer, who heads the office’s communicable disease unit. “We’ve been working very hard on plans, but sometimes the battle plan doesn’t survive the first contact with the enemy. We’ve had to change a lot of things on the fly.”

With the worst of the health care crisis here past, many in Ukraine’s western provinces are trying to puzzle out what led to it. Doctors blame the news media and politicians for spreading fear and misinformation. The mayors of Ternopyl and Lviv, which reported their first deaths from atypical pneumonia on Oct. 12 and 19, have complained that the federal epidemiological service refused to act without laboratory confirmation that the virus was present, delaying serious measures by nearly two weeks.

Others point to more remote causes, among them the desperate poverty of Ukraine’s health care system 20 years after the Soviet Union collapsed.

In Lviv, senior doctors earn a monthly salary of 1,500 hryvnas, approximately $184, pay so low that many physicians leave their practices to work as home health aides in Western Europe. Though health care is officially free, patients typically pay a stream of cash bribes for services as large as X-rays and as small as blood tests or linen changes.

Ukrainians rely heavily on home remedies, and that is what they did for the third and fourth weeks of October, resorting to garlic and lemons and waiting so long to check into hospitals that by the time they did, many were beyond treatment.

“Medicine is underdeveloped in Ukraine, and people don’t believe in it — it’s a vicious circle,” said Oleh Berezuk, a physician who heads the mayor’s administration in Lviv. “In a mature country, if you get sick you will not say, ‘Nobody can help me.’ ”

Now, the doctors at Lviv’s main pulmonological hospital have the shaky good humor of people who have come through a crisis, though portions of their hospital are clammy and unlighted (“to scare the viruses,” one doctor joked), and some of their breathing equipment dates from Soviet times.

Two weeks ago, though, doctors here thought they were looking at a medical mystery: the deaths of healthy young people — not the drunks or addicts they usually see — with lungs so inflamed that they resembled liver. Dr. Bonder recalls the numb realization that his ordinary protocol for treating pneumonia was having no impact at all.

“You would come in to work and the next time you looked at your watch it was midnight,” said Dr. Bonder, who heads the intensive care unit. “You didn’t even think what could happen next.”

Nurses and doctors were falling ill at an alarming rate, in part because of shortages of gloves and disinfectant. Irina Mykychak, the assistant director of Lviv’s regional medical department, said around 3,500 medical professionals fell ill, of whom 300 were hospitalized and 4 died.

When they did suspect H1N1, physicians were stuck in a Catch-22. Though the government had stockpiled Tamiflu in preparation for an outbreak they expected later in the year, the drug was available only at the region’s single infectious disease station — and only with proof that a patient had H1N1. Obtaining proof was a three-to-four-day process that required that samples be sent to Kiev, said Lyubomir Rak, the hospital’s director.

Nadia Rudnitskaya, chief of pulmonology, was carefully putting the pieces together. On Oct. 27, she examined the body of a 32-year-old man — the latest in a series of four deaths from four parts of western Ukraine that, as she put it, “shouldn’t have happened.” Dr. Rudnitskaya gathered her samples together and appealed urgently to Kiev.

Right then the logjam broke: The next day the governor ordered a quarantine and released the emergency stockpile of Tamiflu to clinics and hospitals. A day after that, Prime Minister Yulia V. Tymoshenko announced on television that the virus had “reached epidemic threshold,” and all of Ukraine was talking about H1N1.

“It was a riddle,” Dr. Rudnitskaya said. “There was an answer.”

For some, it came too late. Marta and Nazar Martin insisted that their mother, Galina, 43, check into a hospital on Oct. 23, after her cough worsened into shallow, labored panting. A dentist, she had been treating herself with intravenous antibiotics and flu medications, as she had always done before.

“No one knew there was an epidemic,” said Marta, 18. “Nothing was said, not at work, not on television.”

The hospital offered no answers either. Doctors first prescribed antibiotics for bronchitis, then punctured Ms. Martin’s spinal column to test for meningitis and encephalitis, then gave her an M.R.I. to rule out a brain tumor. With every new prescription, her children scraped up the money and set off to find a pharmacy where it was available, Marta said.

“A poor person would just die,” she said. “They will not start a medication until you pay for it.”

On Oct. 29, when information about H1N1 flooded the region, doctors and nurses showed up wearing masks for the first time, Nazar said. He watched incredulously; his mother had already declined so much that she was “half a corpse,” he said. After she died, the next day, samples from her body were sent to be tested for swine flu.

Her children estimate they paid 35,000 hryvna, or about $4,300, in cash payments to nurses and doctors during the week she spent in the hospital. The more they hear about swine flu, the angrier they get.

“Why didn’t they take measures before then?” said Nazar Martin, 19. “I’m interested in knowing what they were thinking. They took this seriously only when people began to die, when the death statistics began to rise. Where were they before then?”

“It’s on their conscience,” he said, of the medical authorities. “They should have done something to prevent it.”

The spraying of the city was again mentioned.
*note* - I have found a Ukraine message board - and translate it - there are many interesting messages, including ones, saying (from yesterday 11/13/09) : They are hearing helicopters overhead in Kiev and have gotten frightened (they do not say the helicopters are spraying again, just that they are now frightened when they hear helicopters).
