These are my thoughts on what is happening.
After spending the hours/days/weeks on investigating what is happening in Ukraine and other areas, I am now going to voice my thoughts on the situation.
These thoughts include many aspects including those, some would call conspiracies.
The plague/bacterial pneumonia that has been in Ukraine AFTER Spraying was done trying to cause a Major outbreak of disease. I firmly believe it was done on purpose and Ukraine was the testing place for the first spraying!
I firmly believe it is being done by TPTB - WHY?
With all the economic breakdowns and Ukraine has many problems with many complicated aspects involved with their breakdown. From the Presidential elections and power plays, to their money problems, to Russia wanting their resources of gas, to so many other internal problems they have, after I researched what is going on there, they were the perfect testing ground in TPTB eyes. I feel very bad for Ukraine's people, after all I have read about their situation. Their political situation is sickening - it is not about the people there, it is about the power players. The country is underwater financially, trying to get loans from the IMF and they do not have good medical care overall.
Poland - the Health Minister has remained firm (which is awesome) against vaccines - could their spraying (still not sure, it actually happened) be part of a retaliation against the Polish people?
I also believe this spraying did not have the complete effect TPTB have wanted, the amount of spreading of the disease/plague has decreased from all that I have read (unless the numbers are being hidden).
What does that mean?
It means TPTB may have used the spraying of Ukraine as a test - to see how effective the disease sprayed was and how well it would spread.
Are they now refining the disease, so it will be more lethal for the coming sprayings planned?
I believe there will be 9 times of spraying, which we will hear about with sickness afterwards.
I also believe there have been 4 so far (by my count).
One - Ukraine
Two - Paraguay
Three - Poland (though not sure about that one)
Four - Saratov
Considering a certain program stated a long time ago "ill winds" would start at the end of Oct. - and then the spraying of Ukraine happened - says the program was exactly correct in it's predictions.
The prediction says 9 times around the world with these "ill winds". I thought about it many times on how it could be 9 times. After hearing of more incidents of spraying - beginning in Paraguay with the spraying of a tribe there and them being sick afterwards, made me realize, we would hear about spraying and then people being sick afterwards 9 times.
It was somewhat confirmed after I read the newest Web bot alta report that came out yesterday. You can get it here: www.halfpasthuman.com for $10.00, it is 58 pages. BUT I warn you - Do not get it - if you can not handle some extreme changes in the world coming up.
It mentioned the "ill winds" saying the 9 times was SET in the language and the "ill winds" WILL be around the world 9 times!
Now, think about the one place that would be the best to spray.... where people from every corner of the world will be there, thus the disease is set to absolutely travel to every single country of the world. After the testing of Ukraine and the refining of the disease to make it more contagious, it could then spread around the world, from this one event. Which is also mentioned in the report, as having spraying being done and disease following that spraying. Now, you guess which event is coming up that will have people from Every corner of the world, in February and is an ideal place to set off a world wide plague/disease! The language from the web bot - has the Olympics firmly within it - as spraying of disease!
Now, I have been contacting Medical Examiners and even though information SHOULD BE Public about what caused deaths, I am Getting Nowhere! I have now been asking ONE SIMPLE QUESTION - Which is: "Did the People die of Bacterial Pneumonia?" The people I talk to will NOT answer that One question nor will others call me back. I have challenged the people at the examiners offices, asking WHY they will not answer that? Also, isn't that information suppose to be available to all?

That is what is happening, I believe in the U.S and other places in the world. The governments are hiding it all - along with the banks.
Do the governments want mass riots when people realize they have been fooled and Lied to? NO
How can they lessen the impact the most? Make people sick.
Think they would not do that? Look at history, Governments do whatever needs to be done, to get to the end result THEY WANT!
Look at Pearl Harbor (U.S. govt. KNEW it was going to happened and allowed it - to get into World War 2) - The U.S. Govt. ALLOWED Thousands to DIE - and the Naval Ships Destroyed.
Earlier in history, they gave Indians blankets with small pox, because they WANTED the land!
The LIE of Iraq being involved with 9/11 - just to go to war with them and take over the country.
The Fact that has just been released that Bin Laden had been cornered in Afghanistan, BEFORE the U.S. went into Iraq, so they let him go - otherwise the Iraq war would not be warranted nor accepted by the people.

So, I will say again - get prepared for this - while supplies are available.
BUT - I also believe there are ways to combat this by us all.
First getting information OUT that spraying has and is occurring to cause disease BESIDES the Chemtrails that are laid across the Earth's skies every day.
If in your area - if there are Low flying planes and helicopters - that Are actually spraying something - Alert people around you and get the information Out.
I believe if we all come together with Actual Knowledge - Truth and Knowledge is the Key to Combating what may be planned, we can survive the "ill winds" planned.
Also, I have been spending literally Hours investigating a certain person - which I have hinted at before in a previous post - I have come up with some very interesting information, which I am not ready to release yet. There is ONE key information I have yet to find, which would be Absolute Proof of what looks to be the Truth of the site/person that they are Part of the PTB/vaccine companies/WHO game! Their plays of the game are to cause constant Fear - be quoted by MSM and release information of Mutations all the time, but Not the Real Truth! They have embedded themselves in the alternative media too - being quoted by them all the time - they were set there to do that, so they control the information on BOTH sides! BUT history shows how embedded the site/person is with the vaccine makers and Big Institutions, supported by Rockefeller etc, of which I DO Have Proof of. Again, there is ONE Thing I want to find, before I post my findings.

Experts call for end of vaccination program 12/05/09 7:45am
With H1N1 poised to enter history as the least deadly of four global flu pandemics, some experts are calling for an end to Canada's mass vaccination program.
Nature is already achieving what we would hope to achieve by vaccinating, they say.
H1N1's "reproductive number" -- the number of people each infected person passes the virus to -- was above one when the epidemic began, which led to the explosive initial increase in cases.
Now it is less than one, because many people have become immune, and each old case is making less than one new case. When the reproductive number falls below one, the epidemic can't sustain itself, and fades away.
The drop in cases suggests Canada has hit the critical fraction of the population that needs to be vaccinated to control the pandemic, says Dr. David Fisman, a University of Toronto expert in infectious disease dynamics.
Fisman can't understand the rational for continuing mass vaccinations. He said that for a virus as contagious as H1N1, less than 30 per cent of the population needed vaccination to reach a critical level of immunity.
"I'm sure that the vaccine has prevented some deaths. I'm sure that there are people who are alive right now who would not have been alive if we hadn't vaccinated," he says. But the pandemic was already peaking, and then subsiding before the vaccination was rolling out in force.
"That's nobody's fault, that's just how long it took to make a vaccine against a brand new virus. Those were the cards we were dealt," says Fisman, an associate professor of infectious diseases epidemiology at the university.
Despite that view, Canada's top doctor this week pleaded with Canadians to get vaccinated if they have not already done so. Chief public health officer David Butler-Jones said that, while 30 per cent of the population is now immune to H1N1, either because they have been vaccinated or because they have already been infected, "millions" of people are still at risk of infection.
Someone vaccinated today may be protected against infection two weeks from now, "if there is still enough of (H1N1) kicking around," Fisman says. But the benefit diminishes the further into the future we go, and he says other public health programs have suffered as staff and resources were redeployed to the H1N1 campaign. In some jurisdictions, breastfeeding support programs, sexually transmitted disease clinics and other usual activities were cancelled or postponed as public health was forced to bear the brunt of delivering the largest immunization program in Canada's history.
"At this point, in terms of saying everybody must get vaccinated because there is a pandemic abroad, it's kind of done," Fisman says.
H1N1 will likely fade away with a death rate lower than that for regular seasonal flu.
When the World Health Organization declared the pandemic in June, officials warned the rogue virus threatened all of humanity. The reality is so far proving strikingly different from what was expected.
The world agency, and Canada, had done their pandemic planning with a different flu virus in mind. They spent five years watching H5N1, or "bird flu," which kills up to 60 per cent of those it infects.
We got off lucky when the real pandemic hit, WHO says, but the public doesn't always understand that.
"Adjusting public perceptions to suit a far less lethal virus has been problematic," WHO said in a statement Thursday, issued in response to media reports that ties with the drug industry among expert advisers may have influenced WHO's policy decisions related to H1N1.
"Given the discrepancy between what was expected and what has happened, a search for ulterior motives on the part of WHO and its scientific advisers is understandable, though without justification.
"WHO has consistently assessed the impact of the current influenza pandemic as moderate. WHO has consistently reminded the medical community, public and the media that the overwhelming majority of patients experience mild influenza-like illness and recover fully within a week, even without any form of medical treatment." But some critics say WHO set itself up for blame.
"They had been talking for years about the possibility of some kind of reprise of the 1918 pandemic," says Philip Alcabes, author of Dread: How Fear and Fantasy Have Fueled Epidemics from the Black Death to the Avian Flu. "A huge amount of money and person power was devoted to preparing" for the next outbreak, he says.
But, "there was never any evidence, not from Day 1, and not anytime since, that this strain of flu was going to be a particularly dangerous strain, either in terms of its capacity to make people sick or its capacity to kill people," says Alcabes, associate professor in urban public health at Hunter College's School of Health Sciences in the City University of New York.

Children crowd Winnipeg emergency rooms - severe respiratory ailments - 12/02/09 10:50am
Eight children in Winnipeg are currently on ventilators for severe respiratory ailments as the number of kids admitted into emergency rooms climbs.
According to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, the number of children at ERs in the city has increased by 60 to 70 admissions over the typical amount for this time of year.
More than half of those being admitted have respiratory symptoms but WRHA spokeswoman Heidi Graham stressed those cases are not all related to the H1N1 influenza A virus that causes swine flu.
In fact, just two of the eight children on the ventilators are being tested for the virus, Graham said.
Still, the crowded ERs have led to a shortage of bed spaces. To ease that burden, the WRHA is giving seniors who are in hospital a priority status for any beds that become available in nursing homes.
They will be placed into those beds first over patients waiting at home for the same beds, said Graham.
"If they can stay in the community with those supports a little longer, admitting someone from a hospital frees up that hospital bed so that we can move someone from the ER more quickly into a hospital bed and ease the demands on the ER department," she said.
It's not unusual for the WRHA to take that step during outbreaks of seasonal influenza, Graham said, adding that a similar measure was implemented during the first wave of H1N1 infection in the spring.
Vaccination clinics reopen Thursday
Meanwhile, the WRHA's 12 H1N1 vaccination clinics are slated to reopen on Thursday for people who fall into any of the high-risk categories:
* Children between the ages of six months and five years.
* People of aboriginal background.
* Disadvantaged people, such as the homeless.
* People from remote or isolated areas.
* People under 65 with a chronic medical condition or other risk factor.
* Anyone with a weakened immune system, and their caregiver.
* Anyone who cares for an infant under six months.
* Single parents or anyone solely responsible for a dependent.
* Health-care workers and first-responders.
* Pregnant women.
The WRHA said late Friday that it has run out of the vaccine and had to cancel the clinic originally scheduled for the start of this week.
So far, more than 101,281 people have been vaccinated at Winnipeg's clinics, Graham said.

2 Manitobans die within week of H1N1 shot - Canada - 12/02/09 10:45am
Manitoba health officials are investigating the deaths of two people who died within a week of getting the H1N1 vaccine shot.
However, the province's top doctor said it's unlikely the vaccine caused their deaths.
There have been 69 "adverse events" after people received the swine flu shot, and eight were considered serious, Dr. Joel Kettner said, adding that figure falls within the expected range of reaction to the vaccine.
The Public Health Agency of Canada describes serious adverse events as:
* Events that cause life-threatening reactions such as anaphylaxis, where the body experiences a massive allergic reaction or convulsions brought on by fever.
* Events that trigger neurological reactions such as Guillain-Barré syndrome, where a person experiences a sudden onset of weakness or paralysis.
* Events that result in hospitalization, disability, birth defects or death.
The PHAC says serious adverse events following immunization are rare.
More than 200,000 people in the province have received the vaccine since clinics opened in late October.
No information about the people who died, including their ages and where they lived, has been released by the province.

B.C. hospitals over capacity with Swine Flu patients
VANCOUVER, B.C. – B.C.’s major hospitals are overflowing with Swine Flu patients and a number are operating at or over capacity, Vancouverite has learnt.
42 patients in B.C. are on ventilators and intensive care units are under severe pressure at a number of key hospitals.
Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, Richmond Hospital, Kelowna General Hospital and Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops are operating at capacity, health ministry spokeswoman Michelle Stewart confirmed Sunday morning.
“Generally speaking our Emergency Departments and Intensive Care Units continue to be under significant pressure,” she said.
“Across the province we currently have 42 patients in our Intensive Care Units (ICUS) on ventilators (confirmed and suspected H1N1),” she said in reply to a question submitted to the ministry of health.
“ICUs at major sites in the lower mainland remain busy,” she said.
“Pressure points at Royal Columbian Hospital and Richmond Hospital, both of which are operating overcapacity,” said Steward.
“Interior Health indicates overall improvement in ICU capacity, however Kelowna General Hospital and Royal Inland are at capacity,” she said.
“Emergency Departments remain busy across the province; Northern Health (Prince George) experiencing a significant increase in ED volumes since Nov. 10th. A surge area has been opened to address additional volume,” added Stewart.
Five elective surgeries have been postponed in the Fraser Health Authority and Northern Health Authority areas. Fraser Health Authority serves the largest population base in B.C. with approximately 1.5 million residents.
Among sugeries postponed are two open heart surgeries in Fraser Health and a cataract surgery in Northern Health.
Across Canada, hundreds of people have been admitted to hospital suffering from severe Swine Flu complications. The government of Canada reported over 1,300 admissions between Nov. 1 and Nov. 7.
Hundreds more have been admitted since then.

The World Health Organisation is sending a representative to the 2010 Winter Olympics to monitor for potential disease outbreaks, and organisers and health experts have taken steps to protect against the H1N1 virus.Why doesn't this make me feel better, knowing WHO will be in charge of watching the athletes, officials, spectators and media in Vancouver before and during the Olympics? Maybe, it is because they are not honest about what is happening in the world and how many people have had adverse side effects and ALL the deaths from the Swine Flu (that is just a coincidence in their opinion). Also, they have connections and are on the payroll of vaccine makers!

Planning for any impact swine flu could have on the games has been underway since April, when British Columbia health officials increased the stockpile of antiviral drugs available in the province.
The WHO declared an official global pandemic in June.
Most athletes, officials and spectators are expected to be vaccinated against H1N1 by the time the Winter Olympics begin in February.
"If the vaccination rate is high enough, I don't think H1N1 is going to be a risk," said Dr Patricia Daly, chief medical health officer for Vancouver Coastal Health, the agency overseeing health services for the Olympics.
British Columbia's provincial health officer said the original supply was boosted by three million doses, bringing the total amount available to 10 million.
About 250,000 spectators are expected at the games, and there will be about 10,000 media members, and 5,000 athletes and officials.
Vancouver organisers and the International Olympic Committee have recommended to all of the national Olympic committees that their athletes and officials be vaccinated against both H1N1 and seasonal influenza.
Daly said international athletes will be offered the vaccine when they get to Canada, with some teams arriving as early as January to begin training.
Public health nurses at the athletes village will conduct tests and monitor for illness at venues, including hotels where officials and sponsors are staying.
Seasonal flu is always a risk at a Winter Olympics, but monitoring done during prior games has shown little danger of a major outbreak.
At the Olympic village during the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, 188 cases of influenza were diagnosed.
During the 2006 Olympics in Turin the incidence of influenza-like illness was less than that recorded during the same period a year earlier, according to Italian researchers.

Boy's Swine Flu Vaccine Reaction - Leaves Mom Shaken - No Answers 11/27/09 8:17am
Seconds after getting his H1N1 flu shot, Ursula Fournier’s son Max went limp, his blood pressure dropped and he had trouble breathing.
The four-year-old had never had an allergic reaction before the incident at a Halifax vaccination clinic on Nov. 3, Ms. Fournier said Wednesday.
She said the clinic nurse laid Max on the floor, administered a shot of epinephrine (adrenalin) and called 911.
The boy was taken to the IWK Health Centre’s emergency department, where he was monitored for any further reaction. Max quickly recovered and has been fine since then.
The Health Department sent the file to the Fournier family doctor, who has referred Max to an allergy specialist, Ms. Fournier said.
She called the experience scary and frustrating. She has yet to hear from the specialist’s office and she’s also not happy with the department’s handling of the situation.
She has spoken to officials over the phone but said the only information she was given was that the file would be sent to her doctor.
"I assumed there would be some kind of followup meeting," Ms. Fournier said. "Maybe to see what he had to eat that day, how he was before. But nobody interviewed us, nobody asked a question, nothing at all."
Under Capital Health procedures, vaccine reaction cases are documented by the nurse on duty, a spokesman said. Those files are sent to the patient’s doctor.
"As a public health service, their main role . . . would be keeping in contact with the family physician or a specialist, if there’s a need to involve a specialist," John Gillis said Wednesday.
Ms. Fournier said she has seen little information on vaccine reactions or the extent of the problem in the province.
"I’m wondering, are there other parents who have gone through similar things?" she said. "I don’t know what’s been documented."
Six people have experienced anaphylactic shock in Nova Scotia since the H1N1 vaccination program began, Dr. Robert Strang, the province’s chief medical officer, said at a news conference Wednesday.
All six have recovered.
"We expect to see anaphylaxis as a rare complication, not just with vaccine," Dr. Strang said. "It is a potential risk with any medication."
That’s why people are asked to wait 15 minutes at the clinic after getting their shot, he said.

What are the Real numbers I wonder, if the WHO is acknowledging problems with the Swine Flu vaccine. Considering they have thrown out deaths and adverse side effects from the vaccine as merely coincidences previously, what have been the side effects and what are the REAL numbers in Canada, for them to make this statement?
There has to be some very profound numbers involved and I would say many more than what they are admitting to. That is my opinion, due to their previous statements as posted on this site.

"We are beginning to see some declines in flu activity around the country but there is still a lot of influenza," the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Dr. Anne Schuchat told a news conference.
"It is still much greater than we would normally see this time of year."
A team at flu test maker Quest Diagnostics analyzed 142,000 U.S. flu tests and found a similar pattern, with tests showing a decline in flu-like illness since October 27.
WHO said Norway and countries farther east including Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova and Serbia were reporting sharp increases in influenza-like illness or acute respiratory infection.
Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and parts of Afghanistan -- particularly the capital, Kabul -- are reporting higher numbers of flu cases. Israel is also reporting sharp increases.
"Essentially what is happening is that it is spreading eastward," Anthony Mounts of WHO's influenza team told Reuters. "Typically, seasonal influenza always starts west and moves eastward. It seems to be following that pattern except it is coming very early this year."
Influenza can hit several peaks in a single season. Experts said weeks or months more of disease could be expected and noted that during the 1957 pandemic, a busy autumn was followed by a lull and then infections surged again starting in January.
Vaccination campaigns are beginning in many countries but companies reported some trouble making vaccine from the H1N1 virus. The United States was still struggling to distribute vaccines but Canadian Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq said enough vaccine for almost half of Canada's population would have been shipped out by the end of the next week.
MUTANT VIRUSES
British health officials said they were investigating the likely person-to-person spread of a drug-resistant strain of swine flu.
The Health Protection Agency reported five confirmed cases in Wales of patients infected with H1N1 resistant Roche AG and Gilead Sciences Inc's antiviral drug Tamiflu.
Another antiviral, GlaxoSmithKline and Biota Inc's Relenza, were effective in the patients, the HPA said.
The patients had serious conditions that suppressed their immune systems, which can give the virus a better than usual opportunity to develop resistance, the HPA added.
U.S. CDC officials also said they were investigating four cases of H1N1 resistant to Tamiflu at Duke University hospital in North Carolina. "All four patients were very ill with underlying severely compromised immune systems and multiple other complex medical conditions," Duke said in a statement.
Health experts are looking for any sign that H1N1 is mutating into a drug-resistant form. Last year, the seasonal version of H1N1, a distant cousin of the pandemic strain, developed resistance to Tamiflu.
In Norway, officials were investigating a mutated strain in some patients that they said could be responsible for causing severe symptoms.
"The mutation could be affecting the virus' ability to go deeper into the respiratory system, thus causing more serious illness," the Norwegian Institute of Public Health said in a statement.
WHO said the mutation did not appear to be widespread in Norway and the virus remained sensitive to antivirals and pandemic vaccines.
A similar mutation had been detected in H1N1 viruses in several other countries, including China and the United States, in severe as well as in some mild cases, it said.

Neuroscientist at the University of British Columbia - Swine Flu Vaccine Not Safe 9/22/09 10:00am
Chris Shaw wasn’t always skeptical about vaccines. The neuroscientist at the University of British Columbia had his teenage son vaccinated with most of the recommended shots. But then he started studying some of the ingredients commonly found in vaccines.
What he discovered caused him to go cold turkey on all shots for his six-year-old daughter. And that includes the vaccine for the H1N1 flu.
“I am not convinced H1N1 is sufficiently hazardous to most people to risk the potential downside of the vaccine,” Shaw said over the phone from his office in the research pavilion at the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
Shaw isn’t an easily dismissed vaccine conspiracy theorist. He is a leading expert on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease) and Parkinson’s disease. While investigating unusually high rates of ALS and other neurological disorders among veterans who have Gulf War syndrome, he found evidence that the cause may have been aluminum salt, an ingredient in the cocktail of vaccines given to soldiers before deployment.
Although aluminum salt isn’t present in the H1N1 vaccine, Shaw’s discovery made him concerned about other vaccines, including the swine-flu shot. He isn’t alone in his thoughts.
Despite a full frontal assault of news about the dangers of the flu and the importance of vaccination, a survey in late October revealed that only 36 percent of Canadians said they would get the shot. Lack of trust in the vaccine was cited as the main reason for vaccine opposition. Another poll in November found that 65 percent of Canadians believe the media has overreacted to the threat of swine flu.
Even many health workers aren’t convinced. In two separate surveys, in the U.K. (Pulse) and Hong Kong (British Medical Journal), published in August, half of health-care professionals said they didn’t intend to get the vaccine.
Canadian health officials and some newspaper columnists have reacted by accusing vaccine opponents of being conspiracy mongers or just plain irresponsible.
Who is right? Is the cure really worse than the disease? Let’s look at some numbers.
First, the disease. Swine flu had killed 161 Canadians as of November 12. That works out to one death per 200,000 Canadians in the past six-and-a-half months. Over the same period of time, major cardiovascular diseases typically claim 240 times more Canadian lives (about 39,000), cancer claims 230 times more (37,000 deaths), pneumonia kills 18 times more (2,800), and accidental falls claim eight times more (1,260), according to calculations based on 2005 Statistics Canada figures.
H1N1 has about the same death rate as hernias. But we don’t see scary front-page headlines for months on end about hernias, pneumonia, or falling down.
“It’s really not causing—and is not going to cause and nowhere has caused—significant levels of illness or death,” Dr. Richard Schabas, Ontario’s former chief medical officer of health, told the CBC on November 12.
Schabas said H1N1 “has ultimately turned out to be, from a pandemic perspective, a dud”.
What about the vaccine? Is it safe? Despite the onslaught of confident pronouncements from health officials and doctors, Shaw says he hasn’t seen enough information on the safety of the vaccine. “If the science were there, we could make a rational decision. But it’s a coin toss.”
Looking for answers, Shaw turned to the 24-page product-information leaflet on the vaccine released by drug giant GlaxoSmithKline. Health Canada used this document in approving the shot.
The leaflet leaves Shaw cold. “You couldn’t turn this in as a master’s thesis anywhere I know of and get a passing grade,” he said, calling the leaflet a “shocking document”.

British Columbia Sees Spike in Swine Flu Vaccination Reactions 11/20/09 6:45am
As Canadian health officials assured the public that the pandemic H1N1 vaccine is as safe as the seasonal flu shot, at least one province is reporting almost double the rate of severe allergic reactions.
British Columbia Centre for Disease Control said it is probing why residents suffered anaphylaxis at a higher rate compared with the previous five seasonal-flu-vaccination programs, suggesting it could be because some people received H1N1 and the seasonal flu shot simultaneously.
It will be several more weeks before B.C. officials can definitively attribute the spike in the rate – 2.2 per 100,000 doses distributed, compared to 1.2 per 100,000 doses. None of the 18 anaphylaxis reactions in B.C. resulted in death.
“It would be fair to say that as more people are vaccinated in the weeks and months ahead, and more data are collected, the rates of adverse events per 100,000 may change both in B.C. and nationally,” said Roy Wadia, spokesman for the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control.
So far, no other province has reported higher rates of anaphylaxis – a severe, whole-body allergic reaction that can be characterized by respiratory distress, swelling of the lips, eyelids, throat or tongue, and low blood pressure, among other symptoms.
New Brunswick said it had one case of anaphylaxis in the 150,000 doses administered, while Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan all reported rates of serious side effects that are comparable to previous years of providing seasonal flu shots. The Ontario health ministry said the province has had nine serious reactions but could not say how many of those were due to severe allergic reactions.
Canada's top public health doctor stressed Tuesday that the H1N1 shot is safe – only 36 Canadians have suffered serious side effects, including one death, out of 6.6-million doses as of Nov. 7.
The death of an elderly person after receiving the H1N1 shot has not been conclusively linked to the vaccine and is currently being investigated, said David Butler-Jones, the country's chief public health officer. It's possible, he said, that the person had an underlying medical condition.
“Canadians can be assured that, to date, the frequency of serious reactions is less than 1 per 100,000 doses distributed, which is what we've seen with other vaccines,” said Dr. Butler-Jones. “The benefit of immunization, the prevention of serious illness and death far outweigh any theoretical risk associated with being immunized.”
Overall, the rate of serious adverse events from the H1N1 vaccine has been trivial: 0.54 per 100,000 doses. The main side effects include allergic reaction, fever and convulsions. Allergic reactions have been reported at immunization clinics, although not as serious as anaphylaxis. Other more common mild effects, such as nausea, dizziness and headaches have also been reported.
The news of the vaccine's safety was revealed as many cities across the country looked to expand vaccinations to the general public in their fight against a virus that has killed about 200 Canadians.
“It's important to remember that just because a medical event follows vaccination, it may not have been caused by the vaccine,” Dr. Butler-Jones said. “It may have been caused by other factors, as unfortunate events continue to occur with or without vaccine.”
Andrew Simor, head of microbiology and infectious diseases at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, said the serious reactions to the H1N1 vaccine are comparable to the safety profile of many vaccines commonly used today.
“Of all the millions of doses of the H1N1 vaccine administered worldwide,” Dr. Simor said, “there have been very few side effects, demonstrating an excellent safety profile.”
British Columbia Centre for Disease Control said it is probing why residents suffered anaphylaxis at a higher rate compared with the previous five seasonal-flu-vaccination programs, suggesting it could be because some people received H1N1 and the seasonal flu shot simultaneously.
It will be several more weeks before B.C. officials can definitively attribute the spike in the rate – 2.2 per 100,000 doses distributed, compared to 1.2 per 100,000 doses. None of the 18 anaphylaxis reactions in B.C. resulted in death.
“It would be fair to say that as more people are vaccinated in the weeks and months ahead, and more data are collected, the rates of adverse events per 100,000 may change both in B.C. and nationally,” said Roy Wadia, spokesman for the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control.
So far, no other province has reported higher rates of anaphylaxis – a severe, whole-body allergic reaction that can be characterized by respiratory distress, swelling of the lips, eyelids, throat or tongue, and low blood pressure, among other symptoms.
New Brunswick said it had one case of anaphylaxis in the 150,000 doses administered, while Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan all reported rates of serious side effects that are comparable to previous years of providing seasonal flu shots. The Ontario health ministry said the province has had nine serious reactions but could not say how many of those were due to severe allergic reactions.
Canada's top public health doctor stressed Tuesday that the H1N1 shot is safe – only 36 Canadians have suffered serious side effects, including one death, out of 6.6-million doses as of Nov. 7.
The death of an elderly person after receiving the H1N1 shot has not been conclusively linked to the vaccine and is currently being investigated, said David Butler-Jones, the country's chief public health officer. It's possible, he said, that the person had an underlying medical condition.

Unadjuvanted H1N1 vaccine approved for wider use in Canada 11/14/09 7:35am
A version of the H1N1 vaccine intended for pregnant women is now also being offered to healthy adolescents, teens and adults in yet another fundamental shift to Canada's vaccination strategy.
Federal health officials said yesterday that an adjuvant-free vaccine is not only safe for pregnant women, but also induces a strong immune response in healthy people between the ages of 10 and 64. Provinces and territories, which have received some of the unadjuvanted doses from GlaxoSmithKline's Ste-Foy, Que., plant, will start offering the vaccine now that Health Canada has authorized its use.
But the latest change in vaccine delivery adds to the confusion and suggests to some experts that the national strategy has become more of a day-to-day improvisation to get needles into people's arms.
Take the vaccine dosage for children. It was thought that children should get two half-doses of the vaccine, but the Public Health Agency of Canada revised its recommendation this week and said that healthy kids between 3 and 9 only need a single half-dose.
Now there's the change in who gets the unadjuvanted vaccine: The 1.8 million doses were ordered in September for pregnant women and children under 3, because experts said there was a lack of data around the use of immune-boosting adjuvants in these groups. But then health officials said children are better protected with the adjuvanted version, which contains an immune-boosting additive, and it's healthy adults who would benefit more from the unadjuvanted version.
"This kind of communication may be the new normal. I think human behaviour is starting to mirror that of influenza virus: changeable, unpredictable and subject to frequent mutation," said Ross Upshur, director of the University of Toronto's Joint Centre for Bioethics and a primary-care physician.
David Butler-Jones, Canada's chief public health officer, said decisions are being made as health officials receive more clinical trial data.
He said Canada bought 200,000 doses of unadjuvanted vaccine from Australia when the GSK plant was unable to produce its version quickly enough. That means there's enough unadjuvanted vaccine for expectant mothers as well as other groups.
"We find that in adults or those over age 10 with good immune systems, that they in fact mount a very good response. So why wouldn't we immunize people using that to broaden the number of people that are protected?" Dr. Butler-Jones said yesterday.
The adjuvant-free version is not recommended for people with chronic conditions, young children or those over 65.
The latest changes come as provinces expand their immunization campaigns to include more groups at higher risk of developing complications from H1N1. In Ontario, children under 13 and adults over 65 with underlying health problems will be able to get the H1N1 flu shot beginning next week.
And today Alberta will begin vaccinating people between 18 and 44 with chronic conditions, caregivers of infants under six months old and caregivers of those with suppressed immune systems who cannot be immunized.
Martin Lavoie, Alberta's deputy chief medical officer of health, said it's too soon to tell when the province will be able to immunize the general population. But as more groups not considered high-risk are added, the province will re-evaluate how it can use the unadjuvanted supply more broadly.
"We can certainly expand a little bit more. It's good news," Dr. Lavoie said.

If I can get it in a one-shot syringe, thimerosal-free, then I'm willing to take the adjuvant free version. But after the way the whole 'pandemic' has been handled, I have to wonder if I'm going to be the victim of a bait-and-switch, just to get me in the chair. One last thing; give me back the right to sue the company for any adverse reaction I might suffer to the shot, and then we've got a deal.

These are two videos, I have done regarding the Propaganda and Falsehoods by the WHO,CDC, UN, Governments and the Media Regarding the Swine Flu Vaccine.
The 2 videos, were one video in the beginning. Somehow after uploading it on youtube it got edited (not by me) and what I am putting in as the 2nd part was cut out of the original. It has taken 2 days to get these set up on youtube, but Finally they are on!
Oh, good news, audio and video are in sync.
I hope people understand the psychological angle being waged - so everyone will take a Swine Flu Vaccine. (that portion is in the 2nd video) I feel it is important to have people understand, what they are hearing is not the full truth regarding the Swine Flu Vaccine and in my opinion, under no terms should they get the Swine Flu Vaccine.

First I want to say - I do not want to become part of the propaganda by the media about the "Swine Flu Deaths" - thus promoting getting the Swine Flu Vaccine.
In saying that - It seems there are spikes around the world right now of deaths, but are they all actually the Swine Flu? The media is playing that right now and reinforcing the idea, everyone needs to get the vaccine due to spikes.
190 Deaths in Canada - Yet the Ukraine is only at 239 as of yesterday? I wonder if one of the countries numbers are not stating the real numbers? Either numbers are being hyped in one country - thus promoting the vaccine and in another country - being suppressed, to not cause panic? **Thank you Peter Louis for bringing this to our attention and linking it in a comment earlier.

A sudden spike in H1N1 deaths over the past week reveals that the pandemic virus is taking a far greater toll on Canadians during the second wave, raising fears that it is just as severe, if not worse, than seasonal flu.
Ontario's confirmed tally of fatalities jumped to 61 from 37 last week; five more people died in Alberta since Tuesday; Quebec confirmed four deaths in the past 24 hours; and British Columbia recorded eight more deaths over the past week.
More than 190 Canadians have died from H1N1 - and with additional deaths expected, health officials say there is a heightened urgency to get more people vaccinated quickly, especially the young who have been so badly affected.
The death tally, which in the spring averaged two to four a week, is at least three times higher during this second wave as the virus spreads. "We haven't seen the peak yet, in my view," David Butler-Jones, Canada's chief public health officer, said yesterday. "We will continue to see, unfortunately, more people in ICUs and hospitals, and, unfortunately, more deaths as well."
The youngest victim so far was a two-month-old baby boy from London, Ont., who died earlier this month. H1N1 disproportionately affects younger people because it resembles a strain of flu that circulated before 1957, to which older people have been exposed.
Health officials on the ground are seeing more Canadians filling emergency rooms or showing severe H1N1 symptoms. In B.C., for example, there have been 202 new severe cases identified since the beginning of the month, for a total of 601 since April when the virus was first identified.
Michael Gardam, director of infectious diseases prevention and control at the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion, said that as more people begin coming down with the virus, the death tally will continue climbing for a few more weeks.
"To my mind, it's purely a marker that there's more flu out there," Dr. Gardam said. "The virus has not mutated. It's no more nasty than it was before. There's just more people with it."
Some health officials have questioned the intense government focus on H1N1, saying it is a mild virus that has killed fewer people than the seasonal flu. The seasonal flu kills about 4,000 people each year and results in the hospitalization of tens of thousands more, but those deaths are estimated, whereas H1N1 deaths are confirmed.
"It's not fair to make the comparison," said Kumanan Wilson, Canada research chair in public-health policy at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. "On the ground level, this is definitely not that much milder than the seasonal flu as those mortality stats would suggest. It's as bad, if not worse as regular seasonal flu. That's the clinical experience."
In the United States, numbers released yesterday show swine flu has killed an estimated 3,900 Americans, including more than 500 children, between April and mid-October; it has infected an estimated 22 million people and put 98,000 in hospital. The count is an extrapolation based on data from 10 states.
"What we are seeing in 2009 is unprecedented," said Anne Schuchat of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. And there's still a long flu season ahead. "I think projecting out forward is difficult."

Taliban Detainees in Canadian Custody to Get Vaccinated Ahead of Canadians 11/12/09 9:00am
Taliban detainees in Canadian custody in Afghanistan will receive swine flu vaccinations ahead of the majority of Canadians in Canada, where there is a shortage of the vaccine _ a move Canada's health minister called outrageous.
Task Force Surgeon Cmdr. Rob Briggs said Tuesday detainees being held at Kandahar Airfield will have the opportunity to be vaccinated beginning Wednesday. Canadian soldiers have been receiving the vaccine for more than a week.
Medical staff sought legal advice, and Briggs said they were told that under Geneva Conventions, prisoners of war should receive the same treatment as Canadian soldiers.
Vaccine shortages in Canada have hampered the country's largest-ever mass vaccination effort, causing long lineups and widespread frustration at clinics.

He said the military had secured sufficient quantities of the vaccine several months ago and has enough to treat both detainees and soldiers.
"We've always said that ensuring Canadians receive the vaccine is a priority. Personally I'm very disturbed by the news, and I can say that we did not make this outrageous decision. I have asked my officials to look into that," Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq said.

(this is my conspiracy side - comment) MSM acted so Completely Outraged and slammed the U.S. Government and Wall Street for accepting the Swine Flu Vaccine, ahead of the "normal" people of the U.S., when massive shortages are abound.
When I watched and listened to the outrage from all the Media - My ONE THOUGHT - OH, They are GOOD - what Propaganda!! Who is the MOST HATED Groups of the U.S. right Now?
The Banks and The Wall Street Gang!
So, how do they get people riled up Even More (shortages of vaccine first - not having the complete effect they want with the public)?
They figure out - besides shortages, Now lets Say - Wall Street Gets the Swine Flu Vaccine First - that should get people - Yelling and Screaming "They want the Vaccine"!
My thought, When they said Wall Street Got the Vaccine - Last Week? AWESOME!!! I hope they REALLY DID!! Just the Group I Want to see get the Swine Flu Vaccine! My only other question was, Is it the SAME vaccine, everyone else is suppose to get?
Now, to this article - it seems Canada is playing the same type hand and propaganda - by saying the Taliban detainees are getting the Swine Flu vaccine first, before the Canadian people, even though there is a shortage of it.
Will that actually get the Canadians riled up?
*Note* - I know I said no - Conspiracy theories on this blog - but - this is Obvious Propaganda from the media and countries regarding the Swine Flu vaccine. Otherwise, why did they release this information? They did not have to.
Task Force Surgeon Cmdr. Rob Briggs said Tuesday detainees being held at Kandahar Airfield will have the opportunity to be vaccinated beginning Wednesday. Canadian soldiers have been receiving the vaccine for more than a week.
Medical staff sought legal advice, and Briggs said they were told that under Geneva Conventions, prisoners of war should receive the same treatment as Canadian soldiers.
Vaccine shortages in Canada have hampered the country's largest-ever mass vaccination effort, causing long lineups and widespread frustration at clinics.
