U.S. Supreme Court Rules Vaccine Makers NOT Liable for Side Effects - Shielded from ANY Lawsuits!

There are some stories that make me so totally Sick!  The stories PROVE the Government and our Justice system is BOUGHT and SOLD by Corporations and Banks!

This is one such story!  The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled Vaccine makers are NOT Liable for any Side Effects from their vaccines!  They are SHIELDED from Lawsuits filed against them!

This is such B.S.!!!!!

This shows the U.S. Supreme Court is NOT a court of Justice but a court that is there to PROTECT Corporations and Banks!

WASHINGTON — Vaccine makers are protected from lawsuits, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday, dashing the hopes of a US couple who had sought monetary damages after their daughter fell ill after a round of routine childhood inoculations.

By a 6-2 vote, the US high court, in an opinion by written Justice Antonin Scalia, rejected the family's argument that they should allowed to sue drug maker Wyeth for not making a safer vaccine.

The case concerned Hannah Bruesewitz, who as a six-month-old infant received a series of injections to protect her against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, the illness also known as whooping cough.

The family, from the northeastern state of Pennsylvania, found that after the third injection, the cognitive development of their now-teenaged daughter slowed dramatically and she developed seizures and other health problems that continue to this day.

The US high court ruled that the vaccine maker, which is owned by Pfizer Inc, the world's largest pharmaceutical company, is not subject to the liability laws that govern some other products.

A Huge Increase of Children dying of Strokes, right now! Kids from 3 years old and up! WHY?

A friend of mine talked to a Pediatric Intensive care nurse yesterday about her husband needing a liver transplant.  The conversation started innocent enough when my friend mentioned the transplant needed.

The Pediatric nurse told her "Oh, he should not have a problem there are large amounts of organs being donated right now, due to all the kids dying"!  Well, of course that statement alarmed my friend and asked the doctor to explain what they meant by that.

The Pediatric nurse told my friend that there has been a huge increase of children dying from strokes, in fact they are having the situation every day.  A three year old died of a stroke just a few days before, that had never had medical problems previously and a very healthy 16 year old just died from one.

When my friend told me this news, needless to say "the hair on my arms raised".    Of course I have called the Children's Hospital here and they will not give me any information if there has been a rise in children dying with strokes.  I don't know why I expected an organization to give information that could help the public.  My call was transferred to the "Community Relations of the Hospital".

I have done some research and found the N.Y. times wrote about it earlier this month.

Stroke Rising Among Young People

More young people and adults in their 30s and 40s are being hospitalized for stroke, even as stroke rates are dropping in older people, new data show.

But stroke hospitalizations rose sharply among men and women ages 15 to 44, including a 51-percent jump among 15- to 34-year-old men. There were also notable increases among children, though the number of strokes in children remains very small over all. The study found increases of more than 30 percent in boys and girls ages 5 to 14. Hospitalization for strokes declined, however, in girls younger than 5.


 There is much more in the article, but you can see in the above portion there has been a dramatic increase in strokes in children!  Also, considering it is a MSM piece, the numbers may be larger than what they have in the article.

Now, here are just a couple of my thoughts and Questions regarding this:

• Has any one in the medical field, checked flu vaccinations (poison) against those children who had strokes?  
• Did those children have a flu vaccination?
• Has a toxicology been done of every child's blood?  
• Are there hard metals in the blood (chemtrail metals)?

Yeah, the above are "conspiracy" questions. But in actuality - are they really?  I would like to know if the children who have died of strokes had a flu vaccination?  I feel that is actually a  VERY VALID question!  Considering, I have lots of information about the flu vaccinations on my "Ukraine Plague" blog and how detrimental they have been to children.   In fact, a story about that... a neighbor called me a couple of weeks ago.  Her 16 month old has had to be in the hospital for a week - almost died with the flu, pneumonia and a number of complications from those two and it was AFTER they had their child vaccinated!  I told her (though I don't know her well) in no uncertain terms should you EVER take or give your child the Flu Vaccine!  Vitamin D, needs to be taken every day, 800% more effective than any vaccine! 

Remember the Flu Vaccination and all childrens vaccinations have Mercury and the Flu Vaccination has
thimerosal!   That is why I would like to know, have those children who have had strokes had the flu vaccine?  Also if they all did, I would bet that information will never see the light of day!

No hospital will give me any information of a correlation of flu vaccines to strokes in children, but I sure would like to know if there is possibly a correlation!

I think finding out what kinds of toxins are in the childrens blood could be an important step in finding a correlation.  Are there hard metals in their blood?  Are there possibly toxins (corexit type toxins) in their blood?

Many have been reporting their bodies being more irritated by the chemtrails, more than ever before!  Has the government begun putting even more toxins and poisons in them now?  We know they load our air up with heavy metals and we breath those in.  But are they adding more and that is causing the reaction of strokes in kids?

I am asking, if there are any doctors who read this blog to PLEASE look into the bizarre increase of strokes in children right now!

This is a serious issue and I am asking everyone who knows a doctor or pediatrician to ASK about the increase of children dying right now with strokes!

The only way to find out about the most important issues that affect us and our children and the truth of the matters is if we do it ourselves!  We can not expect MSM to give us truth or even inform the public about this situation!  Please lets work together and find out what is going on!

Another Superbug in 35 States Now - No medicines to combat it - Not the Same As The One from India

So, a Superbug was created where the mortality rate is 30% to 60%.  It has now spread to 35 states.

They say there are no medicines to combat this superbug.

Bacteria that are able to survive every modern antibiotic are cropping up in many U.S. hospitals and are spreading outside the USA, public health officials say.

The bugs, reported by hospitals in more than 35 states, typically strike the critically ill and are fatal in 30% to 60% of cases.
The bacteria are equipped with a gene that enables them to produce an enzyme that disables antibiotics. The enzyme is called Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenamase, or KPC. It disables carbapenam antibiotics, last-ditch treatments for infections that don't respond to other drugs.

Carbapenam-resistant germs are diagnosed mostly in hospital patients and are not spreading in the community. They're far more common nationwide than bacteria carrying a gene called NDM-1 that made headlines this week, Fishman says.

Those NDM-1 bacteria, named for the city of New Delhi, are rare in the USA and have been found mainly in people who obtain medical treatment in India, Arjun Srinivasan of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said Thursday.

Well, it seems the labs might have finally come up with a Super Bug that has a mortality rate at over 55% from what I can see.  Right now in Japan of the 58 confirmed cases, 32 have died!  

This is serious and at what point will we hear about it here in the U.S.?

Also - something to think about.... This came from those who Traveled TO India and came back to their respective country from getting surgery done in India!  Think about that!  When I was going to travel to India, I was going to have to get a ton of different VACCINATIONS to do so.  Now, my question is "What was in those Vaccinations"?  WHY travelers TO India, what did they have in their body to cause them to get a superbug?  Why didn't it start with those who Lived in India first, from all that I have read, it started with Medical Tourist!  Do you understand what I am saying?  It does not make sense,   Was there one vaccine they all happened to get that was the same and from the same company?

An article in an India paper has the following information

Tokyo, Sep 11: Japan has confirmed another five cases of infection with Acinetobacter, an antibiotic-resistant bacteria, formally know as ‘New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase-1 enzyme (NDM-1)’. 

The cases from Teikyo University Hospital have brought the total number of people infected with the superbug to 58 in the country.

Of the 58 people, 32 have died, including nine whose deaths were likely caused directly by the infection, the Xinhua news agency reports.

NDM-1 is a type of bacteria resistant to carbapenems, one of the antibiotics of last resort for many bacterial infections.

The superbug’s is formally named after New Delhi, as it was reportedly discovered in the Indian capital.

According to reports, it has spread to Britain and the United States through travelers who had surgery in India.

The first death directly attributed to the superbug was reported last month in Belgium.

A new superbug from India thought to be resistant to nearly every known antibiotic poses a global threat, scientists warned on Monday, urging health authorities to track the bacteria.

"There is an urgent need, first, to put in place an international surveillance system over the coming months and, second, to test all the patients admitted to any given health system" in as many countries as possible, said Patrice Nordmann of France's Bicetre Hospital.

"For the moment, we don't know how fast this phenomenon is spreading... it could take months or years, but what is certain is that is will spread," he told AFP, noting that measures have already been agreed in France and are under discussion in Japan, Singapore and China.

The so-called "superbug," dubbed NDM-1 (New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase 1), and its variants appear to have originated in India and were first detected in Britain in 2007.

For example, scientists have determined that the NDM gene "is very mobile, hopping from one bacteria to another," he said.

Public Health Organizations trying to Make Flu Vaccine Shots Mandatory for Health Workers

Two organizations are pushing for MANDATORY Flu Vaccine Shots for Health Workers!

Seems last year not enough Health Workers got their Flu Vaccine shots, so two organizations are determined to have them ALL take a shot this year!

I find this atrocious!  Health Workers know themselves what they should do or not do.  Imagine having it mandatory and many of them having adverse affects from it.....What would happen to our health care system?!

Australia BANS All Seasonal Flu Vaccines for Kids, After Multiple Side Affects Showing up in Children !

Multiple side affects are showing up in children who have gotten the seasonal Flu vaccine in Australia - they have now banned giving any more vaccinations of it to kids. 

23 children in Western Australia, began convulsing immediately after getting the vaccine, one child is still in Coma in the hospital.

It has since been found out, that the problem had been reported 2 weeks before, but never looked into - so the numbers can be much greater than reported.  They are finding at least 60 children had adverse affects reported previously.

Then another 40 children had adverse affects it was found in other areas of Australia.

Now this is where it gets Good:

The Chief Medical Officer of Australia has this to say......

Commonwealth chief medical officer Jim Bishop issued a national warning to GPs not to use the vaccine followed a decision last night by the WA government to suspend the free vaccination program for children under five over concerns it was causing high fevers and convulsions.

"We suggest doctors and health professionals vaccinating children don't use the seasonal flu vaccine for the moment, until we can get the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to investigate this in more detail," Professor Bishop told ABC TV.

He said the concerns stemmed from a significant rise in the number of children developing a fever after receiving the vaccine.

"We need more information about what’s happened in WA, but also what we can now find out from all the other states from their experience," Professor Bishop said.

"If this has been brought up as a possible side-effect of this drug, then we ought to at least suspend its use until we know more."

In light of the seasonal flu shot suspension, Professor Bishop suggested children get vaccinated against swine flu instead, because that could be a health risk this winter too.

He said there did not appear to be any side effects from the swine flu vaccine Panvax.

"It is safe to have the swine flu vaccine," Professor Bishop said.

"The TGA's assessment of clinical trials and the advice of its expert committees is that Panvax is a safe, effective vaccine for prevention of the H1N1 influenza.

"It is expected that the dominant flu this winter season will be swine flu and the specific Panvax vaccine is available free for all Australians."

I guess, he has never looked into all the side affects from the Swine flu vaccine, it must just be a simple mistake on his part. 

Now is this the Same vaccine, the authorities in the U.S. plan on giving our children this year?

Swine Flu/H1N1 Vaccine In Europe Linked to Narcolepsy - People are Falling Asleep Randomly!

Another side affect from the H1N1 Flu Shot is coming to the forefront!  Narcolepsy is Happening to people who have taken the Swine Flu/H1N1 vaccine!  Once this is diagnosed in someone, they are Never allowed to drive again, as there is no cure for it. 

There have been 27 reports of suspected narcolepsy in people across Europe vaccinated with Pandemrix, the H1N1 swine flu vaccine made by GlaxoSmithKline.

30 Million in Europe had been vaccinated with the same vaccine.

Experts say 25000 Britons have the problem but only 20% of them have been officially diagnosed with it.  But the U.K. officials are saying no one has it from taking the vaccine. 

Finland has stopped giving out the vaccine, due to 8 cases there. 10 are in Sweden, 6 in France and 1 in both Germany and Norway.  But, how many more are there in reality and the people are not getting it "officially" diagnosed?  Would You get something like that diagnosed and then NEVER be allowed to drive again?

A spokesman for GlaxoSmithKline said: "Information surrounding the reported cases remains limited at the current time. GSK is conducting its own investigation in an effort to gather as much additional data as possible regarding the observed cases and is working closely with the regulatory authorities, including the European Medicines Agency (EMA)

"Global experience with previous large-scale immunisation programmes has shown that it is likely that a certain level of adverse events will be reported. The adverse events that are reported may be the result of underlying conditions, or new conditions that occur in temporal association with the vaccination, and some events may be related to the vaccine.

"Having reviewed the currently available data and information regarding the reported cases of narcolepsy, which remains limited at this time, as well as GSK’s own safety database, the Company has concluded that the currently available information is insufficient to assess the likelihood of a causal relationship between Pandemrix and narcolepsy."

Please let people know this information and again as the Flu season arrives - DO NOT TAKE ANY VACCINES! 

Testings are Being Done for Bubonic Plague! Why would ANYONE allow that Testing on themselves?!

The University of Tennessee is conducting clinical testing of a Bubonic Plague Vaccine!

Why would Anyone have that testing done on themselves?  I guess they are getting people that are desperate for money, as they are offering $1600 total for the whole research time!  $100 for each visit.

This is being done, here in my home town!  I remember seeing something in the paper asking for volunteers for a Plague vaccine, but I laughed and thought "there is No way, someone would actually submit themselves to that".

Well, I was wrong! 

Is this a way, the plague might start? The live virus being injected into people - in the form of a vaccine?

Outbreak of Deadly Bubonic and Pnuemonic Plague in Peru - Confirmed

An outbreak of Bubonic and Pnuemonic Plague has begun in Peru.

A 14 year old boy and 31 other people have been infected so far in Peru.  It has been confirmed it is the Plague. 
The first recorded plague outbreak in Peru was in 1903. The last, in 1994, killed 35 people.

Peru has been having terribly cold temperatures this year, which many have been dying. 


Seems Peru is doing exceptionally well as a country in these days and times.  I have looked up their economic data.  (I like to look at how economically stable a country is, when diseases or the Whole government (Poland) has an accident).  Peru does not have debt, they are economically sound.

Dengue Fever or Really Toxic Air From Gulf Oil and Corexit happening in Florida? Dengue as CIA biological Warfare Uncovered!

There is all kinds of information about Dengue Fever Happening in Central Florida and the Florida Keys.  It seems to be spreading and now the authorities say "they expect it to spread around the Gulf area".  I find it terribly convenient that Dengue fever which has flu like symptoms (the same as what people have complained who have worked on the oil volcano).

The timing of this outbreak of dengue fever presents two additional problems; the symptoms of dengue fever are very similar to that of exposures to chemicals such as those contained in crude oil and the dispersants currently being used in the contaminated areas of the Gulf of Mexico, potentially making it difficult to diagnose the source of a sufferer's symptoms. Worse yet, there looms the possibility that Corexit and other toxins present in the Gulf area may weaken the immune system, thus, setting the stage for more severe forms of the disease in people who are, or have previously been, exposed to the virus.

Many toxicologists have raised grave concerns, however, about the risks that these dispersants may pose to residents of the Gulf of Mexico area. Dr. Susan Shaw, a marine toxicologist, talked about her recent experience with shrimpers who had been working in the Gulf waters. In an interview on CNN, she addressed the situation of a shrimper who had thrown his net into water, causing the water to splash onto his unprotected skin. She reported that he developed a "headache that lasted 3 weeks, heart palpitations, muscle spasms, bleeding from the rectum ..." and continued, "and that's what this Corexit does, it ruptures red blood cells, causes internal bleeding and liver and kidney damage. ..." She asserts that the combination of oil from the well, combined with Corexit dispersant, increases the toxicity of both substances.

Numerous reports have come in from both residents of the Gulf area and journalists visiting the area that many people who are exposed to the water are beginning to experience health problems. Among the most commonly reported symptoms are burning eyes, skin rashes, lightheadedness, dizziness, difficulty breathing, transient numbness and shooting pains, persistent coughing, sore throats, muscle and bone aches, weakness and severe fatigue. More troubling reports, such as those of the shrimpers mentioned above, have included bleeding from the nose and from the rectum, as well as permanent numbness in extremities and complete loss of the sense of smell. It is generally accepted in the medical literature that, although the initial, acute presentation of toxic exposure is generally the most severe, symptoms may linger indefinitely or even result in permanent damage to the body.
 
I believe we will be hearing more about Dengue Fever around the Gulf area and Florida, but I will not take it as being just Dengue Fever.

TPTB May Have Their Plague/Disease To Spread Now! Started it in Botswana, Africa!

Last year, I believe TPTB had tried to start the Plague in Ukraine, but it did not spread well. I do know for a fact (the info and docs are in my Ukraine Plague Blog) and they even said, they were in the lab working with what had been started in Ukraine.

This is the first time that the country has ever had any reported cases of the disease. The disease, the ministry told the nation, is fatal, not only to livestock and cattle but also to humans.

The ministry said at the time it announced the outbreak in Ramotswa that it was putting restrictions on animal movement in the areas likely to be affected. These included Gaborone, Tlokweng, Kgatleng, South East, Lobatse and the greater Goodhope areas. That the disease was now found in Kanye shows that the restrictions put in place either came too late or have not been effective. It shows that the disease may already affect many other areas.

What that means is that people may already unknowingly be consuming meat from diseased animals. We will be accused of being alarmist, which we are not. We are simply sensitive to the real possibility that the people of Botswana, including the Ministries of Agriculture and Health, may not be aware of the true extent of the spread of the disease and the harm that it could cause to both animals and humans.

DENGUE fever has re-entered the US via the Florida Keys after an absence of 65 years.

The mosquito-borne virus has been identified in 28 people from Key West by the US Centers for Disease Control. The CDC announced the findings last week in its Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

"We don't know for sure that this hasn't happened before without being noticed," says Christopher Gregory of the CDC's dengue branch in San Juan, Puerto Rico. "It could be the tip of the iceberg."

Disinfection programme launched to prevent avian influenza

The STOP AI (Stamping Out Pandemic and Avian Influenza) project, funded by the United States Government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), launched a Cleaning and Disinfection (C&D) programme here on Tuesday.

The programme is aimed at improving the security of the live bird market at Sreepur Paurosabha in Sreepur Upazila of Gazipur District, read a US Embassy release.

The USAID, through the STOP AI initiative, collaborated with the Sreepur Municipality and the market committee of Gazipur to develop a market improvement plan to prevent the spread of highly pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI).

Renovation of the water supply, addition of a bio-gas facility for proper waste disposal and a slaughter house are among the activities of the project.

The live bird markets can be a major source of the avian influenza and can contribute to its spread in Bangladesh and whereas the STOP AI project will help people access to safe food products and minimize the risks of avian influenza from becoming a public health epidemic.

USAID initially piloted Cleaning and Disinfection programs in two major live bird markets at Mohammadpur and Kaptan Bazar in the city.

 STRASBOURG — The Council of Europe called Thursday for a probe into the World Health Organisation's handling of the H1N1 swine flu outbreak, which it said led to unjustified scares and waste of public money.

A council parliamentary assembly identified "grave shortcomings" about WHO transparency about its position on the flu, "generating concerns about the influence of the pharmaceutical industry on decisions taken," a statement said.

The session adopted a text that says there was "overwhelming evidence that the seriousness of the pandemic was vastly overrated by WHO".

Paul Flynn, British author of a report endorsed by the assembly, told the session that the WHO's June 11, 2009 declaration of a H1N1 pandemic had enabled the pharmaceutical industry to reap large profits.

The handling of the pandemic by the WHO, EU health groups and governments led to the "waste of large sums of public money, and unjustified scares and fears about the health risks faced by the European public", the statement said.

The text adopted by the assembly, meeting in the eastern French city of Strasbourg, called for an enquiry that would taken into account "a wide range of expertise and opinions" including contrary views.

It also demanded that "declarations of interest of experts involved are made public without exception."

The resolution regrets that the world health body did not revise its position on the outbreak "despite the overwhelming evidence that the seriousness of the pandemic was vastly overrated by WHO at the outset."

The WHO said mid-June the H1N1 flu virus caused the confirmed deaths of 18,156 people since the pandemic alert a year earlier.

It has rejected claims that its handling of the pandemic was marred by commercial interests.

Threats of a swine flu pandemic were 'vastly over-rated' by the World Health Organisation, an inquiry has concluded.

The Council of Europe last night also accused the UN's health arm of 'grave shortcomings' in the process that led it to declare a pandemic last year.

Plummeting confidence in health advice could prove 'disastrous' in the event of a severe future pandemic, parliamentarians at the Strasbourg-based senate said. 

The assembly also accused the WHO of being 'highly defensive' of its handling of the outbreak and drugs companies of influencing the decisions taken.

Members, including five British MPs, voted overwhelmingly in favour for greater transparency in public health decisions.

It wants governments to 'ensure that the private sector does not gain undue profit from public health scares' and drug companies to revise their rules to ensure any potential conflicts of interests are made public.

The debate and recommendations follow a report which described the declaration of the H1N1 pandemic as a ' monumental error' driven by drug companies  -  spreading fear and wasting huge amounts of money.

Paul Flynn, the British MP who led the Council Of Europe probe, described it as 'a pandemic that never really was'.

Mr Flynn said predictions of a 'plague' that would wipe out up to 7.5million people proved to be 'an exaggeration', with fewer than 20,000 deaths worldwide.

Britain braced itself for up to 65,000 deaths and signed vaccine contracts worth £540million.

The actual number of deaths was less than 500 and the country is now desperately trying to unpick the contracts and unload millions of unused jabs.

The focus on swine flu also led to other health services suffering and widespread public fear.

Pharmaceutical companies, however, profited to the tune of £4.6billion from the sale of vaccines alone.

Mr Flynn said: 'There is not much doubt that this was an exaggeration on stilts. They vastly over-stated the danger on bad science and the national governments were in a position where they had to take action.

'In Britain, we have spent at least £1billion on preparations, to the detriment of other parts of the health system. This is a monumental failure on the WHO's part.'

The WHO has firmly rejected all the criticism, saying the outbreak fitted the criteria for a pandemic - and to claim otherwise was disrespectful to  those killed by the virus and their families.

It also takes the view that not all ties to drug companies are necessarily conflicts of interest.

They want people that young now to get the Vaccine!

The report, published in the British Medical Journal, found World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines on the use of medicine to treat the virus were prepared by experts who had received consulting fees from the top two manufacturers of the drugs - Roche and GlaxoSmithKline.

The WHO's decision to name the flu a "pandemic" is also coming under scrutiny from European investigators, and stands accused of exaggerating the dangers of the H1N1 outbreak, which emerged in April last year.

A report by the Council of Europe, also released on Friday, accused the WHO of a lack of transparency over the pandemic announcement - saying it wasted huge sums of money and provoked "unjustified fears".
