By a 6-2 vote, the US high court, in an opinion by written Justice Antonin Scalia, rejected the family's argument that they should allowed to sue drug maker Wyeth for not making a safer vaccine.

The case concerned Hannah Bruesewitz, who as a six-month-old infant received a series of injections to protect her against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, the illness also known as whooping cough.

The family, from the northeastern state of Pennsylvania, found that after the third injection, the cognitive development of their now-teenaged daughter slowed dramatically and she developed seizures and other health problems that continue to this day.

The US high court ruled that the vaccine maker, which is owned by Pfizer Inc, the world's largest pharmaceutical company, is not subject to the liability laws that govern some other products.

I just put this on my SQA blog, but feel it needs to be reproduced here!

A Huge Increase of Children dying of Strokes, right now! Kids from 3 years old and up! WHY?

A friend of mine talked to a Pediatric Intensive care nurse yesterday about her husband needing a liver transplant. The conversation started innocent enough when my friend mentioned the transplant needed.

The Pediatric nurse told her "Oh, he should not have a problem there are large amounts of organs being donated right now, due to all the kids dying"! Well, of course that statement alarmed my friend and asked the doctor to explain what they meant by that.

The Pediatric nurse told my friend that there has been a huge increase of children dying from strokes, in fact they are having the situation every day. A three year old died of a stroke just a few days before, that had never had medical problems previously and a very healthy 16 year old just died from one.

When my friend told me this news, needless to say "the hair on my arms raised". Of course I have called the Children's Hospital here and they will not give me any information if there has been a rise in children dying with strokes. I don't know why I expected an organization to give information that could help the public. My call was transferred to the "Community Relations of the Hospital".

I have done some research and found the N.Y. times wrote about it earlier this month.

Stroke Rising Among Young People

More young people and adults in their 30s and 40s are being hospitalized for stroke, even as stroke rates are dropping in older people, new data show.

But stroke hospitalizations rose sharply among men and women ages 15 to 44, including a 51-percent jump among 15- to 34-year-old men. There were also notable increases among children, though the number of strokes in children remains very small over all. The study found increases of more than 30 percent in boys and girls ages 5 to 14. Hospitalization for strokes declined, however, in girls younger than 5.

There is much more in the article, but you can see in the above portion there has been a dramatic increase in strokes in children! Also, considering it is a MSM piece, the numbers may be larger than what they have in the article.

Now, here are just a couple of my thoughts and Questions regarding this:

Has any one in the medical field, checked flu vaccinations (poison) against those children who had strokes?
Did those children have a flu vaccination?
Has a toxicology been done of every child's blood?
Are there hard metals in the blood (chemtrail metals)?

Yeah, the above are "conspiracy" questions. But in actuality - are they really? I would like to know if the children who have died of strokes had a flu vaccination? I feel that is actually a VERY VALID question! Considering, I have lots of information about the flu vaccinations on my "Ukraine Plague" blog and how detrimental they have been to children. In fact, a story about that... a neighbor called me a couple of weeks ago. Her 16 month old has had to be in the hospital for a week - almost died with the flu, pneumonia and a number of complications from those two and it was AFTER they had their child vaccinated! I told her (though I don't know her well) in no uncertain terms should you EVER take or give your child the Flu Vaccine! Vitamin D, needs to be taken every day, 800% more effective than any vaccine!

Remember the Flu Vaccination and all childrens vaccinations have Mercury and the Flu Vaccination has
thimerosal! That is why I would like to know, have those children who have had strokes had the flu vaccine? Also if they all did, I would bet that information will never see the light of day!

No hospital will give me any information of a correlation of flu vaccines to strokes in children, but I sure would like to know if there is possibly a correlation!

I think finding out what kinds of toxins are in the childrens blood could be an important step in finding a correlation. Are there hard metals in their blood? Are there possibly toxins (corexit type toxins) in their blood?

Many have been reporting their bodies being more irritated by the chemtrails, more than ever before! Has the government begun putting even more toxins and poisons in them now? We know they load our air up with heavy metals and we breath those in. But are they adding more and that is causing the reaction of strokes in kids?

I am asking, if there are any doctors who read this blog to PLEASE look into the bizarre increase of strokes in children right now!

This is a serious issue and I am asking everyone who knows a doctor or pediatrician to ASK about the increase of children dying right now with strokes!

The only way to find out about the most important issues that affect us and our children and the truth of the matters is if we do it ourselves! We can not expect MSM to give us truth or even inform the public about this situation! Please lets work together and find out what is going on!

Well, it seems the labs might have finally come up with a Super Bug that has a mortality rate at over 55% from what I can see. Right now in Japan of the 58 confirmed cases, 32 have died!

This is serious and at what point will we hear about it here in the U.S.?

Also - something to think about.... This came from those who Traveled TO India and came back to their respective country from getting surgery done in India! Think about that! When I was going to travel to India, I was going to have to get a ton of different VACCINATIONS to do so. Now, my question is "What was in those Vaccinations"? An article in an India paper has the following information

Tokyo, Sep 11: Japan has confirmed another five cases of infection with Acinetobacter, an antibiotic-resistant bacteria, formally know as ‘New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase-1 enzyme (NDM-1)’.

The cases from Teikyo University Hospital have brought the total number of people infected with the superbug to 58 in the country.

Of the 58 people, 32 have died, including nine whose deaths were likely caused directly by the infection, the Xinhua news agency reports.

NDM-1 is a type of bacteria resistant to carbapenems, one of the antibiotics of last resort for many bacterial infections.

The superbug’s is formally named after New Delhi, as it was reportedly discovered in the Indian capital.

According to reports, it has spread to Britain and the United States through travelers who had surgery in India.

The first death directly attributed to the superbug was reported last month in Belgium.

Australia BANS All Seasonal Flu Vaccines for Kids, After Multiple Side Affects Showing up in Children !

Multiple side affects are showing up in children who have gotten the seasonal Flu vaccine in Australia - they have now banned giving any more vaccinations of it to kids.

23 children in Western Australia, began convulsing immediately after getting the vaccine, one child is still in Coma in the hospital.

It has since been found out, that the problem had been reported 2 weeks before, but never looked into - so the numbers can be much greater than reported. They are finding at least 60 children had adverse affects reported previously.

Then another 40 children had adverse affects it was found in other areas of Australia.

The Chief Medical Officer of Australia has this to say......

Commonwealth chief medical officer Jim Bishop issued a national warning to GPs not to use the vaccine followed a decision last night by the WA government to suspend the free vaccination program for children under five over concerns it was causing high fevers and convulsions.

"We suggest doctors and health professionals vaccinating children don't use the seasonal flu vaccine for the moment, until we can get the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to investigate this in more detail," Professor Bishop told ABC TV.

He said the concerns stemmed from a significant rise in the number of children developing a fever after receiving the vaccine.

"We need more information about what’s happened in WA, but also what we can now find out from all the other states from their experience," Professor Bishop said.

"If this has been brought up as a possible side-effect of this drug, then we ought to at least suspend its use until we know more."

In light of the seasonal flu shot suspension, Professor Bishop suggested children get vaccinated against swine flu instead, because that could be a health risk this winter too.

He said there did not appear to be any side effects from the swine flu vaccine Panvax.

"It is safe to have the swine flu vaccine," Professor Bishop said.

"The TGA's assessment of clinical trials and the advice of its expert committees is that Panvax is a safe, effective vaccine for prevention of the H1N1 influenza.

"It is expected that the dominant flu this winter season will be swine flu and the specific Panvax vaccine is available free for all Australians."

I guess, he has never looked into all the side affects from the Swine flu vaccine, it must just be a simple mistake on his part.

Now is this the Same vaccine, the authorities in the U.S. plan on giving our children this year?

Another side affect from the H1N1 Flu Shot is coming to the forefront! Narcolepsy is Happening to people who have taken the Swine Flu/H1N1 vaccine! Once this is diagnosed in someone, they are Never allowed to drive again, as there is no cure for it.

There have been 27 reports of suspected narcolepsy in people across Europe vaccinated with Pandemrix, the H1N1 swine flu vaccine made by GlaxoSmithKline.

30 Million in Europe had been vaccinated with the same vaccine.

Experts say 25000 Britons have the problem but only 20% of them have been officially diagnosed with it. But the U.K. officials are saying no one has it from taking the vaccine.

Finland has stopped giving out the vaccine, due to 8 cases there. 10 are in Sweden, 6 in France and 1 in both Germany and Norway. But, how many more are there in reality and the people are not getting it "officially" diagnosed? Would You get something like that diagnosed and then NEVER be allowed to drive again?

"Global experience with previous large-scale immunisation programmes has shown that it is likely that a certain level of adverse events will be reported. The adverse events that are reported may be the result of underlying conditions, or new conditions that occur in temporal association with the vaccination, and some events may be related to the vaccine.

"Having reviewed the currently available data and information regarding the reported cases of narcolepsy, which remains limited at this time, as well as GSK’s own safety database, the Company has concluded that the currently available information is insufficient to assess the likelihood of a causal relationship between Pandemrix and narcolepsy."

Testings are Being Done for Bubonic Plague! Why would ANYONE allow that Testing on themselves?!

The University of Tennessee is conducting clinical testing of a Bubonic Plague Vaccine!

Why would Anyone have that testing done on themselves? I guess they are getting people that are desperate for money, as they are offering $1600 total for the whole research time! $100 for each visit.

This is being done, here in my home town! I remember seeing something in the paper asking for volunteers for a Plague vaccine, but I laughed and thought "there is No way, someone would actually submit themselves to that".

Well, I was wrong!

Outbreak of Deadly Bubonic and Pnuemonic Plague in Peru - Confirmed

An outbreak of Bubonic and Pnuemonic Plague has begun in Peru.

A 14 year old boy and 31 other people have been infected so far in Peru. It has been confirmed it is the Plague.
The first recorded plague outbreak in Peru was in 1903. The last, in 1994, killed 35 people.

Peru has been having terribly cold temperatures this year, which many have been dying.

Seems Peru is doing exceptionally well as a country in these days and times. I have looked up their economic data. (I like to look at how economically stable a country is, when diseases or the Whole government (Poland) has an accident). Peru does not have debt, they are economically sound.

Dr. Susan Shaw, a marine toxicologist, talked about her recent experience with shrimpers who had been working in the Gulf waters. In an interview on CNN, she addressed the situation of a shrimper who had thrown his net into water, causing the water to splash onto his unprotected skin. She reported that he developed a "headache that lasted 3 weeks, heart palpitations, muscle spasms, bleeding from the rectum ..." and continued, "and that's what this Corexit does, it ruptures red blood cells, causes internal bleeding and liver and kidney damage. ..." She asserts that the combination of oil from the well, combined with Corexit dispersant, increases the toxicity of both substances.

Numerous reports have come in from both residents of the Gulf area and journalists visiting the area that many people who are exposed to the water are beginning to experience health problems. Among the most commonly reported symptoms are burning eyes, skin rashes, lightheadedness, dizziness, difficulty breathing, transient numbness and shooting pains, persistent coughing, sore throats, muscle and bone aches, weakness and severe fatigue. More troubling reports, such as those of the shrimpers mentioned above, have included bleeding from the nose and from the rectum, as well as permanent numbness in extremities and complete loss of the sense of smell. It is generally accepted in the medical literature that, although the initial, acute presentation of toxic exposure is generally the most severe, symptoms may linger indefinitely or even result in permanent damage to the body.

I believe we will be hearing more about Dengue Fever around the Gulf area and Florida, but I will not take it as being just Dengue Fever.

The STOP AI (Stamping Out Pandemic and Avian Influenza) project, funded by the United States Government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), launched a Cleaning and Disinfection (C&D) programme here on Tuesday.

The programme is aimed at improving the security of the live bird market at Sreepur Paurosabha in Sreepur Upazila of Gazipur District, read a US Embassy release.

The USAID, through the STOP AI initiative, collaborated with the Sreepur Municipality and the market committee of Gazipur to develop a market improvement plan to prevent the spread of highly pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI).

Renovation of the water supply, addition of a bio-gas facility for proper waste disposal and a slaughter house are among the activities of the project.

The live bird markets can be a major source of the avian influenza and can contribute to its spread in Bangladesh and whereas the STOP AI project will help people access to safe food products and minimize the risks of avian influenza from becoming a public health epidemic.

USAID initially piloted Cleaning and Disinfection programs in two major live bird markets at Mohammadpur and Kaptan Bazar in the city.

A council parliamentary assembly identified "grave shortcomings" about WHO transparency about its position on the flu, "generating concerns about the influence of the pharmaceutical industry on decisions taken," a statement said.

The session adopted a text that says there was "overwhelming evidence that the seriousness of the pandemic was vastly overrated by WHO".

Paul Flynn, British author of a report endorsed by the assembly, told the session that the WHO's June 11, 2009 declaration of a H1N1 pandemic had enabled the pharmaceutical industry to reap large profits.

The handling of the pandemic by the WHO, EU health groups and governments led to the "waste of large sums of public money, and unjustified scares and fears about the health risks faced by the European public", the statement said.

The text adopted by the assembly, meeting in the eastern French city of Strasbourg, called for an enquiry that would taken into account "a wide range of expertise and opinions" including contrary views.

It also demanded that "declarations of interest of experts involved are made public without exception."

The resolution regrets that the world health body did not revise its position on the outbreak "despite the overwhelming evidence that the seriousness of the pandemic was vastly overrated by WHO at the outset."

The WHO said mid-June the H1N1 flu virus caused the confirmed deaths of 18,156 people since the pandemic alert a year earlier.

It has rejected claims that its handling of the pandemic was marred by commercial interests.

Members, including five British MPs, voted overwhelmingly in favour for greater transparency in public health decisions.

It wants governments to 'ensure that the private sector does not gain undue profit from public health scares' and drug companies to revise their rules to ensure any potential conflicts of interests are made public.

The debate and recommendations follow a report which described the declaration of the H1N1 pandemic as a ' monumental error' driven by drug companies - spreading fear and wasting huge amounts of money.

Mr Flynn said predictions of a 'plague' that would wipe out up to 7.5million people proved to be 'an exaggeration', with fewer than 20,000 deaths worldwide.

The actual number of deaths was less than 500 and the country is now desperately trying to unpick the contracts and unload millions of unused jabs.

The focus on swine flu also led to other health services suffering and widespread public fear.

Pharmaceutical companies, however, profited to the tune of £4.6billion from the sale of vaccines alone.

Mr Flynn said: 'There is not much doubt that this was an exaggeration on stilts. They vastly over-stated the danger on bad science and the national governments were in a position where they had to take action.

'In Britain, we have spent at least £1billion on preparations, to the detriment of other parts of the health system. This is a monumental failure on the WHO's part.'

The WHO has firmly rejected all the criticism, saying the outbreak fitted the criteria for a pandemic - and to claim otherwise was disrespectful to those killed by the virus and their families.

It also takes the view that not all ties to drug companies are necessarily conflicts of interest.

What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Lets see...

Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is a "implantable radiofrequency
transponder system for patient identification and health information." The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as "claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary."

This sort of device would be implanted in the majority of people who opt to become covered by the public health care option. With the reform of the private insurance companies, who charge outrageous rates, many people will switch their coverage to a more affordable insurance plan. This means the number of people who choose the public option will increase. This also means the number of people chipped will be plentiful as well. The adults who choose to have a chip implanted are the lucky (yes, lucky) ones in this case. Children who are "born in the United States who at the time of birth is not otherwise covered under acceptable coverage" will be qualified and placed into the CHIP or Children's Health Insurance Program (what a convenient name). With a name like CHIP it would seem consistent to have the chip implanted into a child. Children conceived by parents who are already covered under the public option will more than likely be implanted with a chip by the consent of the parent. Eventually everyone will be implanted with a chip. And with the price and coverage of the public option being so competitive with the private companies, the private company may not survive.

Fox News is carrying a story, about Europe investigating WHO for declaring the Swine Flu a Pandemic strictly for Vaccine makers to get Billions of Dollars.

I wonder if other U.S. MSM companies will pick this information up? After all the media attention about it for so many months and then all of a sudden in one day's time - Nothing on the media about it! A leading health expert said the swine flu scare was a "false pandemic" led by drug companies that stood to make billions from vaccines, The Sun reported Monday.

Wolfgang Wodarg, head of health at the Council of Europe, claimed major firms organized a "campaign of panic" to put pressure on the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare a pandemic.

He believes it is "one of the greatest medicine scandals of the century," and he has called for an inquiry.

An emergency debate on the issue will be held by the Council of Europe later this month.

The Council of Europe covers 47 European countries and seeks to develop common and democratic principles between the nations.

Wodarg said, "It's just a normal kind of flu. It does not cause a tenth of deaths caused by the classic seasonal flu.

"The great campaign of panic we have seen provided a golden opportunity for representatives from labs who knew they would hit the jackpot in the case of a pandemic being declared.

"We want to clarify everything that brought about this massive operation of disinformation. We want to know who made decisions, on the basis of what evidence, and precisely how the influence of the pharmaceutical industry came to bear on the decision-making."

He added: "A group of people in the WHO is associated very closely with the pharmaceutical industry."

The WHO recently reaffirmed its stance that the pandemic is not over. However, the number of swine flu deaths is dramatically lower than expected.

In an interview with France's L'Humanite Sunday, Wodarg also raised concerns about swine flu vaccines.

"The vaccines were developed too quickly. Some ingredients were insufficiently tested," he said.

"But there is worse to come. The vaccine developed by Novartis was produced in a bioreactor from cancerous cells, a technique that had never been used until now.

"This was not necessary. It has also led to a considerable mismanagement of public money.

"The time has come at last for us to make demands on governments. The purpose of the inquiry is to prevent more false alarms of this type in the future."

"We must make sure people can rely on the analysis and the expertise of national and international public institutions. The latter are now discredited, because millions of people have been vaccinated with products with inherent possible health risks."

No matter how much the government and media tried to get everyone to get a Swine Flu vaccine shot, it seemed to not have worked!

Also, the media does not talk about the Swine flu anymore, notice that?

Truckloads of swine flu vaccines are being returned by counties that say the expected demand for the shots never happened.

When the state's H1N1 vaccination program kicked off in the fall there were fears that there wouldn't be enough of the new vaccine to go around.

The flu strain has not spread as wide as feared and some people were also unsure of pumping a quickly developed vaccine into their bodies.

On January 1, state health officials urged people who haven't been vaccinated to get a shot.

"When it's in a shortage, everyone clamors for it," said Dr. Richard Daines, commissioner of the state Department of Health. "Now that it's abundant, people don't think they need to fight for it."

New York is among 11 states that has widespread flu outbreaks. Daines says another wave of flu could hit the state.

The swine flu first turned up in New York last April at St. Francis Preparatory School in Queens.

The New York Times is doing their job in reporting about the Swine Flu and how well WHO and the governments of the world handled it. They also dedicate a few paragraphs to all the "rumors" and "false reports" of mutations of the flu in North Carolina, Ukraine and Argentina.

Funny, they don't mention the European Parliament accusing and investigating WHO for the False Pandemic!

They also don't go into detail WHY the claims of mutations were cited - nor did they mention Iowa!

The Council of Europe member states will launch an inquiry in January 2010 on the influence of the pharmaceutical companies on the global swine flu campaign, focusing especially on extent of the pharma‘s industry’s influence on WHO. The Health Committee of the EU Parliament has unanimously passed a resolution calling for the inquiry. The step is a long-overdue move to public transparency of a “Golden Triangle” of drug corruption between WHO, the pharma industry and academic scientists that has permanently damaged the lives of millions and even caused death.

The parliament motion was introduced by Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, former SPD Member of the German Bundestag and now chairman of the Health Committee of PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe). Wodarg is a medical doctor and epidemiologist, a specialist in lung disease and environmental medicine, who considers the current “pandemic” Swine Flu campaign of the WHO to be “one of the greatest medicine scandals of the Century.”[1]

The text of the resolution just passed by a sufficient number in the Council of Europe Parliament says among other things, “In order to promote their patented drugs and vaccines against flu, pharmaceutical companies influenced scientists and official agencies, responsible for public health standards to alarm governments worldwide and make them squander tight health resources for inefficient vaccine strategies and needlessly expose millions of healthy people to the risk of an unknown amount of side-effects of insufficiently tested vaccines. The "bird-flu"-campaign (2005/06) combined with the "swine-flu"-campaign seem to have caused a great deal of damage not only to some vaccinated patients and to public health-budgets, but to the credibility and accountability of important international health-agencies.”[2]

The Parliamentary inquiry will look into the issue of „falsified pandemic“ that was declared by WHO in June 2009 on the advice of its group of academic experts, SAGE, many of whose members have been documented to have intense financial ties to the same pharmaceutical giants such as GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Novartis, who benefit from the production of drugs and untested H1N1 vaccines. They will investigate the influence of the pharma industry in creation of a worldwide campaign against the so-called H5N1 “Avian Flu” and H1N1 Swine Flu. The inquiry will be given “urgent” priority in the general assembly of the parliament.

In his official statement to the Committee, Wodarg criticized the influence of the pharma industry on scientists and officials of WHO, stating that it has led to the situation where “unnecessarily millions of healthy people are exposed to the risk of poorly tested vaccines,” and that, for a flu strain that is “vastly less harmful” than all previous flu epidemics.

Wodarg says the role of the WHO and its the pandemic emergency declaration in June needs to be the special focus of the European Parliamentary inquiry. For the first time, the WHO criteria for a pandemic was changed in April 2009 as the first Mexico cases were reported, to make not the actual risk of a disease but the number of cases of the disease basis to declare “Pandemic.” By classifying the swine flu as pandemic, nations were compelled to implement pandemic plans and also the purchase swine flu vaccines. Because WHO is not subject to any parliamentary control, Wodarg argues it is necessary for governments to insist on accountability. The inquiry will also to look at the role of the two critical agencies in Germany issuing guidelines on the pandemic, the Paul-Ehrlich and the Robert-Koch Institute.

There are two different articles about what schools are doing, to try and get kids vaccinated and what one principle did to a boy wanting to educate the other kids about what is in the Swine Flu vaccine by giving out flyers.

One School has decided to try and entice the kids to get the Swine Flu Vaccine by giving Pizza Parties to the classes who have an 80% sign up rate. The parents have to sign a form consenting to their child getting vaccinated, when the school sent them out, only 10% consented. The school is not happy, so after Christmas vacation they will give pizza parties to the kids.

What propaganda, a child of course will Beg their parent to sign the consent form so they can have pizza in their class.

Personally, if I was one of those parents - I would fight it the other way! I would contact the other parents and Say "lets have our own pizza party for the Class - outside of school, for ALL who DO NOT Get the Vaccine"!!

This article and Story is Very Disturbing to me. As I read and understand the story - The University of Hawaii athletes were called in by the coach and then blindsided, as they were given the Swine Flu vaccine! The University did that, to get the other students to also have the vaccine.
The parents nor anyone else was notified - if I was a parent I would be completely Outraged, even though the students are over 18. Why did they blindside the athletes as they did?

University of Hawaii athletes were vaccinated with the H1N1 nasal spray vaccine yesterday as part of a state effort to encourage other young people to get the vaccine.

They just grabbed me in the student athletic center," said junior and football linebacker Aaron Rink, 22, who was treated to a dose of nasal spray vaccine.

Some Rainbow Wahine softball team members showed up for vaccinations at the Stan Sheriff Center, saying their coach had called them.

The H1N1 virus targets young people, but 19- to 24-year-olds -- a priority group for the vaccine -- have been slow to respond, said Dr. Sarah Park, state epidemiologist.

They have received only 3.84 percent of the vaccine available to date, a total of 3,518 doses.

Dr. Andrew Nichols, UH-Manoa head team physician and interim director of University Health Services, said many students had left the campus for the holidays before the vaccine arrived.

However, he said the school has several hundred doses now and is trying to get it to as many students as possible before they leave for winter vacation.

Softball players Stephanie Ricketts of San Jose, Calif., and Kelly Majam of San Diego, both sophomores, had the flu mist.

"I knew my mom would want me to," said Ricketts. "She's a nurse.

Teammate Alex Aguirre of Temple City, Calif., said she could not have nasal mist because she has asthma. She said she planned to see her doctor for an injection.

Park said the vaccine supply is starting to catch up with the demand for priority groups. Nasal spray expires sooner than the injectable vaccine, so the department has expanded its use for any healthy people ages 2 through 49 who are not pregnant.

Providers still are asked to follow federal guidelines for injectable vaccine for priority groups: pregnant women, those who live with infants under 6 months old, health care and emergency medical services workers, children and young adults ages 6 months through 24 years, and those 25 through 64 with underlying medical conditions.

Park said 471,400 H1N1 vaccine doses had been allocated to Hawaii as of yesterday, and 262,040 doses have either been shipped or are on their way to the 567 providers registered to give vaccinations.

The department set aside 77,460 doses for H1N1 school clinics, which will end early next month, and 42,547 students have been vaccinated.

Parents of college students returning from the mainland for the holidays are encouraged to get them vaccinated here because of problems getting the vaccine on the mainland, Park said.

Although H1N1 is waning on the mainland, Park said there are a lot of infections in Canada and that it is still circulating around the world.

"It's holding steady at a low level" in Hawaii, she said, "but we're not out of the woods. We have to be extra-vigilant. We are a global village now. We need to make sure people keep getting vaccinated."

A MYSTERY white substance that fell on parts of a town in Flintshire has left residents baffled.

People in Connah's Quay are at a loss to explain the so-called "white rain", which has been likened to talcum powder.

Residents in the Golftyn area of the town contacted the Leader on Friday after waking up to find the strange residue on their cars and washing.

One York Road resident said: "I was really concerned at first because I thought it could be corrosive or dangerous.

"The only way I can describe it is white rain. It looked like someone had thrown a flour bomb but on closer inspection it was definitely a strange kind of residue.

"You can see it everywhere – it's all over the cars in the street and it has covered our clothes washing.

"I've lived here for most of my life and I've never seen anything like it before. I think it might be some kind of pollution from local industry."

Cllr Macfarlane, who represents the Golftyn ward, said: "I honestly can't explain it. We have had some localised examples of this kind of thing in the past, but I wouldn't like to say what caused this.

"If people are concerned then it's something that needs to be looked into."

It is not the first time people living in Connah's Quay have raised concerns over mysterious substances falling on their town.

Last year, residents in Garthorpe Avenue noticed strange yellow spots appearing all over their cars, windows and washing.

Resident Dave Webster was so concerned at the effect that the strange spots could be having on his and his neighbours' health, he posted questionnaires through all the doors in his street, asking people to confirm whether they had experienced problems.

He received responses from almost all of the recipients confirming they had, and he contacted both the Environment Agency and Flintshire Council to see if some tests could be carried out.

Speaking when the problem was at its worst, Mr Webster said: "It started in early August. We found yellow spots all over our washing that had been drying on the line and they would not come off.

"There were also yellow spots all over our window sill, which are still there as they have burnt into the PVC, and yellow spots all over a lot of the cars in the street."

But despite months of meeting and inquiries, the source of the spots remains a mystery.

Today I was going taking samples from the drops - but der is a problem, they wont get down, ther are so hard pasted-stuck on the surfaces, you cant get they down!! I was scrape the drops with a razor blade and after a good time of scraping, they are get into white dust. They are not get into smal pieces, particles but into white dust. So I cant take samples, only so, when I take a wet piece wadding and wipe it up, other ways its not going. But I dont now if this is then ok, if such a samples are then ok? What are you think.
And after them I was taking a piece wadding with alcohol 96% and wipe-rubbing this drops with it and the white colour was down and the drops became fully clear!! - under the white colour of the drops is a fully clear drop, like a clear gelatine, but hard as a stone!! For this reason they wont get down!! We was so wondering about this. Never we saw such a thing! I was drove today arond with the car and everywhere are the roads full of this white drops, they dont get down. And how many such a drops are around in the nature, on the fields, in the gardens...and everywhere!! And what is this??

Considering that Victoria Nicks gave me Information in an Email that was NOT previously disclosed nor Mentioned in ANY Article I have seen or read anywhere, is very disturbing!
The email postings is here, it was due to her taking exception to my posting here.

Victoria Nicks (an Examiner reporter) has since emailed me, trying to back track on the year of the CDC study.

To me it does not matter if it was 1976 (her first email) or 1973 (another email from her to me - as correct the year) - the FACT is that the CDC is using testings from that time to say the current Swine Flu Vaccine is safe for Pregnant women!

This also brings up other issues. How could the CDC base the safeness of the current Swine Flu vaccine - considering it was Just created (supposedly) on a 1976 or 1973 study? It is Not the Same Vaccine, is it?

Also, have they publicly released that 1970's study of 2000 women showing not TOO MANY TUMORS in the babies? I would also like to know what "Not Too Many Tumors" means exactly? Does that mean the Vaccine Caused tumors in the babies of pregnant women? Were they malignant? How are those children doing now? Has anybody actually followed their health situations since the 1970's, when the mothers were vaccinated?

These are all questions that should be brought up!!

Also ALL PREGNANT WOMEN NEED TO BE WARNED AND AWARE - THE CDC IS RECOMMENDING THE SWINE FLU VACCINE ON STUDIES DONE IN THE 1970's AND NOT ON THE CURRENT VACCINE!!

I read the articles as I do and I LINK the articles in all the postings, unless it is something that is best not linked for the protection of the site/person, etc.

People can always make up their OWN minds on what they read.

Also, considering Victoria Nicks, does not want me to post my impressions of her articles, I will say "I have never seen a law, where people can not write about what they have read and their opinions on it". I will continue to do as I have done. I will not Insert one of her articles again in my blog - BUT if I ever read something of hers that I think is slanted in a certain way, I will Freely post my thoughts about it, while linking it, so people can read it and see what I may be talking about.

CDC needs to come out and Proclaim that the Recommendation of the Swine Flu is based on 1970s data and is NOT current - if of course what Victoria Nicks emailed me is indeed fact.

If what she emailed me is not Fact... you will see I did not make it up, since her email to me is saved and inserted in a posting linked above. I had read a couple of months ago, about Ditan Hospital treating people with H1N1 flu with a tea and that is cured them.

I have been meaning to put that information in here - the ingredients were released at the time the first report came out. The ingredients are not in this article, BUT I can tell you what they are. I had gone to a Chinese store last month and got them. It is actually a combination of various teas.

The ingredients for the tea is:

Licorice (I got the pieces in a bag and grind them for the tea)
Mint
Honeysuckle
Galanga - at the Chinese Store the Oriental lady, said this was what is in the tea (another name) used.

Seven months of scientific and clinical studies showed the remedy, called "Jin Hua Qing Gan Fang," was effective in treating A/H1N1 flu patients, said Wang Chen, president of Beijing's Chaoyang Hospital.

"It can shorten patients' fever period and improve their respiratory systems. Doctors have found no negative effects on patients who were treated in this way," he said.

"It is also very cheap, only about a quarter of the cost of Tamiflu," he said at a press conference held by the Beijing Municipal Government.

Tamiflu, a product of Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding, was recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the treatment of the A/H1N1 flu.

"The municipal government has gathered the most outstanding medical experts in the Chinese capital to develop the new medication," Zhao Jing, director of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said at the press conference.

Over the past seven months, more than 120 medical specialists, led by academicians Wang Yongyan and Li Lianda from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, had participated in the research, she said.

The municipal government earmarked 10 million yuan (1.47 million U.S. dollars) for the project, she said.

"Medical experts proved the effectiveness of Jin Hua in treating A/H1N1 flu from both the basic scientific studies and clinical studies," she said.

The basic scientific studies lasted for almost five months and were conducted by experts from the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Beijing University of Technology.

"In vivo and in vitro, experiments on mice and rabbits show JinHua can bring down a fever and resist the A/H1N1 flu virus," said Huang Luqi, vice president of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.

Thursday's Beijing Daily hailed the new herbal medication as the "world's first traditional Chinese medicine to treat the A/H1N1 flu".

Citing medical officials, the paper said "Jin Hua" was picked from among more than 100 classic anti-flu prescriptions based on traditional Chinese herbal medicine.

"Science workers proved its effectiveness through medical experiments on more than 4,000 mice and clinical studies on 410 patients with slight A/H1N1 flu syndrome," it said.

The "Jin Hua" prescription had been adopted in many local traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, it said.

Zhao Jing said 11 hospitals nationwide, including Chaoyang Hospital and Ditan Hospital in Beijing, had conducted clinical studies on "Jin Hua" and gave positive assessments.

"We are applying for patents for 'Jin Hua' both at home and abroad," she said.

"We are further developing the medicine and trying to present it to the whole country and world as soon as possible, thus offering an alternative to treat the A/H1N1 flu," she said.

The Chinese mainland has reported almost 108,000 A/H1N1 flu cases, including 442 deaths, according to the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Cris Tunon, senior program management officer at the WHO Representative Office in China, said Thursday the "WHO welcomes the clinical results," as the traditional Chinese medicine offered a low-cost treatment of A/H1N1 flu.

LONDON, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Germany and Spain want to reduce deliveries of swine flu vaccine and potentially return excess supplies to manufacturers, due to low uptake of the shots, in a move that could hit drugmakers' profits.

Germany's health ministry said on Thursday that some German states had been in talks with Britain's GlaxoSmithKline about reducing deliveries of H1N1 vaccine, but the talks had as yet yielded no results.

The German federal government will also start negotiations in January with other countries that might be interested in taking some of its excess supplies, he added.

Germany said earlier this month it wanted to sell on more than 2 million H1N1 vaccine doses because of weak demand at home.

Spain's health minister Trinidad Jimenez said her country was negotiating with the producers of H1N1 vaccine to return excess stock, after people considered at high-risk from the new flu virus largely snubbed a vaccination campaign.

"We are speaking with the pharmaceutical companies" about returning unused vaccine, specialist news service APM Health Europe quoted her as saying.

"The contracts signed with the companies from which we acquired the vaccines included clauses which allow the return of unused vaccines to the companies so they can be distributed to other countries," Jimenez added.

Germany ordered 50 million doses of H1N1 vaccine from Glaxo, while Spain bought 22 million doses from Novartis, 14.7 million from Glaxo and 400,000 from Sanofi-Aventis.

Analysts at Morgan Stanley said revenues generated from swine flu were expected to total $600 million for Novartis, 2.2 billion pounds ($3.6 billion) for Glaxo and 750 million euros ($1.1 billion) for Sanofi, to be booked in the last quarter of 2009 and first three months of 2010.

"The return of excess quantities by Germany and Spain creates downside risk of up to 15 percent of total swine flu revenues for these companies," they said.

Vicky, I had noticed that most of your articles always refers to Dr. Niman's site as a reference for your information (in fact Dr. Niman's site is the Only site the MSM uses as a source of information). With that in consideration, and considering Dr. Niman's company and website is about working for the creation of vaccines. Besides the research I have been doing on him, brings up many questions about where his loyalties lay, and what his company really focuses on. Considering he very much promotes vaccines and some how he gets information others do not from WHO.

I read your articles and noticed a reoccurring theme, also we all read things in various ways. Now you are mentioning the CDC did a study from 2000 women from 1976 - you did NOT mention that in your article! It seems, if that is Fact - you should have said that it was Based from 1976!! That is completely irresponsible of the CDC to recommend it to pregnant women from a vaccine that was created in 1976, in my opinion!!

Also in being a reporter with that Information - then why did you not Question (as I am right now) about the vaccine being supposedly different now than in 1976? The 1976 vaccines were proven to cause more damage and deaths than the Swine Flu that year! That is HUGE information - that I have not seen in your articles and did not know before! You just gave me information that should be yelled across the Air ways!! The 1976 vaccine was Lethal and the CDC USED that for Recommending to Pregnant Women, because the babies did not get TOO MANY tumors?! That is NUTS!!

Funny, how you are taking exception to the fact I have read your articles and have taken them as a slant to promote the Swine Flu vaccine and you think I have twisted them. Now a question - doesn't the Main Stream Media twist things all the time? Don't they read or report something the way they want people to hear the news? I simply read your articles and did not twist your words, I in fact linked them, so people could read them, themselves and get out of it what they would. I am honest in my reporting.

I did realize the mistake in linking you to Dr. Taubenberger - after I found another article on it, ( - my additional insertion here - for clarification - not in email to her: and found you were not the original source of the article) and I will admit, I meant to correct that sentence, sorry I did not.

I will put your email up on my blog and my reply, so you will see I have nothing to hide and am quite willing to admit a mistake (additional insert here in post: regarding Dr. Taubenberger's results) and also show everyone your defense.

Prof. from Israel suggest most people should Not get the Swine Flu Vaccine

He is basing his suggestion on what Bacteria would do, as a story line.

Bacteria inhabited our planet for more than 4 billion years before humans showed up, and they'll probably outlive us by as many eons more. That suggests they may have something to teach us.

New research from Tel Aviv University bacteria expert Prof. Eshel Ben-Jacob of the Raymond and Beverly Sackler School of Physics and Astronomy, grounded in the study of bacteria, presents compelling evidence to suggest there may be good reasons why most people should not automatically opt for the swine flu H1N1 shot.

In research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), Prof. Ben Jacob uses the decision-making of bacteria, an analogue of "game theory," as a model to make his case.

"Unlike our health authorities, bacteria would never panic," he says. "Bacteria don't follow the media or watch cable news. Instead, they send chemical messages to each other –– in a colony 100 times larger than the earth's human population –– to make their decisions. And based on what we've seen in bacterial colonies, I know they would be suspicious committing to swine flu shots. They wouldn't opt for a colony wide vaccination," Prof. Ben Jacob concludes.

The prisoner's dilemma

The new research, done in collaboration with Dr. Daniel Schultz, a postdoctoral fellow at TAU, and Profs. José Onuchic and Peter Wolynes at the University of California/San Diego, not only provides a paradigm for assessing responses to health emergencies, it may also provide investors with insight into how to manage stock portfolios.

In the PNAS paper, the scientists explored how microscopic creatures living in large colonies decide their fate in adverse times under complicated and life threatening conditions. They found that bacteria communicate through chemical signals and reach decisions in sophisticated ways, using an elaborate network of genes and proteins to calculate complex possibilities, as in "game theory."

In essence, in life or death situations, bacteria employ more advanced tactics than those used to solve the classic problem known as "the prisoner's dilemma." This may account for their colony's resilience. In the classic problem, two prisoners are asked to betray each other. If one testifies against the other and the other remains silent, the betrayer goes free and the silent one (the prisoner loyal to his friend), will get 10 years in prison. If both remain silent (and cooperate with each other), they are sentenced to only one year in jail. If each one betrays the other, both will be sentenced to 5 years in jail. The temptation, of course, is to betray — but neither prisoner can be sure what the other will say, and could risk five years in jail.

In the case of bacteria, there are not two but hundreds of billions of participants with a limited time to decide whether to deal with a stress situation by all turning into spores. Each bacterium has to decide whether it will cooperate or not. Unlike the prisoners, there is a clock ticking away. And each bacterium must quickly send out chemical messages to its peer cells about its intentions.

Bacteria "usually don't lie" about their own plans, Prof. Ben Jacob says, but the minority that do have a chance of surviving won't cheat to postpone the decision of others. The scientists' new article presents a model that decodes how bacteria use the gene-and-protein networks to calculate risks and the game theory principles they employ.

Maintaining a delicate balance

Americans uncertain about getting the H1N1 flu shot because they've heard about potentially dangerous side effects also face the prisoner's dilemma. Perhaps it's better not to get the shot, one may think, because if everybody else is vaccinated, the virus will be wiped out before it reaches me.

"The simple rule we learned from bacteria is that anybody who has to make an important decision — especially one of life and death at times of stress — should wait to see the trend of changes, process the risks and odds in depth, and only then decide," says Prof. Ben-Jacob.

Based on what he and his colleagues learned about bacteria, he imagines that bacteria might offer this counsel regarding the flu shot: "They might suggest that only people who have widespread and intense contact with many others, such as business travellers and teachers, should get the shot. Those who are most likely to spread the virus should be vaccinated.

"Bacteria don't take risks like we do and the results have paid off. They are super-successful, more than any creature on earth. They wouldn't abuse the stock market, and would never invest beyond their means. I am also pretty sure most would not rush to get the flu shot, if given the choice," he concludes. "They know how to keep a delicate balance."

The translation is what might have convoluted the "dead" number from H1N1 - it seems to say one thing, then another number. So I am not sure if it is ONLY One of the dead that tested positive for H1N1 or 202. Also notice of the 2494 samples taken ONLY 466 had H1N1!!! What did the REST have? That information was not released in this statement!

Plane with arms bound for Ukraine was detained in Thailand

A cargo plane full of North Korean weapons, detained in Thailand after an emergency landing at Bangkok airport, was bound for Ukraine, the Thai news agency TNA reported on Sunday.

Thai authorities on Saturday seized about 40 tons of weapons from an Il-76 cargo plane which they said had come from North Korea after it landed for refueling at Bangkok's Don Muang airport, and arrested its five crew members.

Ukraine said later on Sunday that it is checking the reports on the plane. "The information on this score is being verified," a Foreign Ministry official said.

The aircraft's weapons arsenal included missiles and rocket-propelled grenades.

According to TNA, the plane's crew commander, a Belarusian national, said during a six-hour interrogation that the plane had flown from Ukraine and loaded weapons in North Korea.

The plane's commander said the aircraft refueled in Azerbaijan, then in the United Arab Emirates and after that in Thailand while en route to Pyongyang. On its way back, the plane was intended to refuel in Thailand and Sri Lanka, following which the cargo was expected to be delivered to Ukraine, TNA reported.

The plane's commander claimed that neither he, nor the other crewmembers who are Kazakh nationals knew about the military nature of the cargo.

Thai authorities accuse the crew of the plane, which is registered in Georgia, of illegal storage and transportation of weapons and misinformation, TNA reported. A United Nations resolution bans the transportation of certain weapons, including conventional arms, from or to North Korea.

The communist state is in the center of a long-running international dispute on its nuclear program.

The seizure came days after the U.S. presidential envoy's rare visit to North Korea designed to persuade Pyongyang to return to six-nation nuclear disarmament talks. Both parties said after the trip they understood the need to resume the talks.

They are going to doctors, but the doctors are not testing them and simply giving them Tamiflu prescriptions. People are beginning to get concerned once more. Some areas are closing the schools again.

I would seriously like to know what the Hell is being sprayed in Poland and Solvenia. I have asked the Solvenia person, if there is anyway of getting the "White Grit Rain/Snow" tested? Did this same type "White Grit" Rain in Ukraine at the beginning of all of this. I have asked those in Poland and Solvenia to keep me informed on any outbreak of sickness.

Considering, the economic expectations I have been reading about for Eastern Europe - along with Greece... the real information is the fact there is a predicted default for many of those countries in the not too distant future. Something does not Seem Right about this! The vaccine maker recalled all of those voluntarily due to the vaccines not being strong enough? Considering pharma companies do not do things like that, in fact lots of people normally have to die, before they even admit something is wrong with a medication of theirs. So why the change of heart? Did they Forget to put something in the vaccine? I don't trust this as being recalled due to strength at all - but that is just me.

ATLANTA — Hundreds of thousands of swine flu shots for children have been recalled because tests indicate the vaccine doses lost some strength, government health officials said Tuesday.

The recall is for about 800,000 pre-filled syringes intended for young children, ages 6 months to nearly 3 years. The shots, made by Sanofi Pasteur, were distributed across the country last month and most have already been used, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Doctors were notified of the voluntary recall on Tuesday. Dr. Anne Schuchat, a CDC flu expert, stressed that parents don't need to do anything or to worry. The vaccine is still safe, she said.

The issue is the vaccine's strength. Tests done before the shots were shipped showed that the vaccines were strong enough. But tests done weeks later indicated the strength had fallen slightly below required levels. Why the potency dropped isn't clear.

Children in that age group are supposed to get two doses, spaced about a month apart. Health officials don't think children need to get vaccinated again, even if they got two doses from the same lots, said Schuchat.

Swine flu vaccine has been available since early October, and since then manufacturers have released about 95 million doses for distribution in the United States.

The recalled shots were made by Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of France-based Sanofi-Aventis Group. The company reported the potency findings to the government officials and did a voluntary recall. A Sanofi Pasteur representative could not immediately be reached for comment Tuesday.

Sanofi Pasteur bills itself as the No. 1 manufacturer of flu vaccines in the world. It makes flu vaccine at sites in France and in Pennsylvania.

The white drops are still on the roads, yesterday it was snowing all day long, but they dont get down. After this white rain - on Dec.12.2009 we had strong feeling of burn in the throat and this for a long time.
Sorry, my english is not very good, I speak german very good. We often read on your site, there are many good informations and so we now the news what is happening.
From about 3 weeks ago we also see very low flying airplanes and about 3-4 days after this, many, many people get sick - the symptomps like by flu!!

Amid an unsettling report today of Tamiflu resistance in a Danish A(H1N1) patient, comes a study in The New England Journal of Medicine tracing the swine flu's 90-year evolution.

The current flu strain has genetic roots in an illness that sickened pigs at a swine show in 1918 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A near-century of development since then may include this flu's accidental resurrection from an extinct strain.

Here's what likely went down. At the same time the 1918 flu pandemic was spreading among humans, pigs were hit with a similar respiratory illness. Early experiments confirmed the 1918 swine virus and a human strain emerged about the same time.

According to the authors of the new paper, there was a temporary "extinction" of this strain of virus from humans in 1957. But then it reemerged 20 years later in a small 230-person outbreak in 1976 among soldiers in Fort Dix, New Jersey. That outbreak did not extend beyond the military base.

However the next year H1N1 reemerged in people in the Soviet Union, Hong Kong, and northeastern China. The genetic origin of that 1977 strain turns out not to be the 1976 Fort Dix strain. Instead, it was closely related to a 1950 human strain.

Which means that given the genetic similarity of the two strains, reemergence was likely due to an accidental release during laboratory studies of the 1950 strain that had been preserved as a "freezer" virus.

Ouch. Hate it when that happens.

The authors hypothesize that concerns about the Fort Dix outbreak stimulated a flurry of research on H1N1 viruses in 1976, which led to an accidental release and reemergence of the previously extinct virus a year later. The reemerged 1977 H1N1 strain has been circulating in various seasonal influenzas ever since—including today's.

They are the next at-risk group in line to receive the immunisation from the NHS.

Nationally, the Government and GPs have failed to reach an agreement on the swine flu vaccination programme for under-fives.

Ministers had offered doctors £5.25 per dose plus a "small concession'' to vaccinate healthy children aged from six months to five.

But the two sides have been unable to agree on how doctors will be compensated for carrying out the vaccinations.

The Government has now asked primary care trusts to come up with plans for handling immunisation in their area.

Dr Peter Marks said: "The NHS in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is committed to the vaccination of healthy children aged six months up to five years.

"This age group has been identified as being quite vulnerable to the virus and should be given this extra protection.

Staff at GP practices have been doing a magnificent job vaccinating thousands of people in the phase one at-risk groups and still have many patients to see.

"Meanwhile, parents of healthy children who are aged from six months but who are not yet five, should wait until they are invited to attend a vaccination session."

The trust said children's vaccinations would start once the most at-risk group had been immunised, but could not confirm when this would be.

The most at risk include patients with underlying health conditions, such as liver, kidney, heart and lung disease, as well as pregnant women and people who are living with patients with a reduced immunity.

Plans to vaccinate healthy children aged from six months to five against the virus suffered a setback after talks between the Government and doctors broke down earlier this week.

But Martin Wilson, director of NHS flu resilience in the region, said: "I can confirm that we have reached agreement with GPs via the six local medical committees across the North East to implement the next phase of the swine flu vaccination programme.

"GP surgeries in the region will receive the same payment agreed for the original at risk priority groups.

"This is great news for patients in the North East and I would like to thank GPs across the region for their ongoing hard work in the fight against this virus and their clear commitment to ensure that vaccination of at risk children can begin seamlessly.

"We have committed to further local discussions about actual impact on practices once we see what the uptake of the vaccine is for children in the six months to under five years group.

"The supply of the swine flu vaccine is increasing and we should therefore be able to begin vaccinating children before Christmas. Parents of children in the priority group will receive further information as soon as the vaccination of the original at risk groups in each practice is complete."

TORONTO — Seven healthy people on a train from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi in Vietnam caught Tamiflu-resistant H1N1 flu, researchers reported Wednesday in a prominent medical journal.

The transmission event, which occurred in July, is one of the largest clusters of cases of resistant H1N1 seen so far and the first time so many linked cases have been seen in previously healthy people who had not been on the drug.

Surveillance since the summer has only turned up three additional drug resistant viruses, the authors note in their letter to the New England Journal of Medicine. But they say they cannot rule out the possibility of ongoing transmission of resistant pandemic H1N1.

The event is a warning that resistant viruses can spread among healthy people and more such events may be in store, an antiviral expert with the World Health Organization said.

"What this looks to be is ... the sort of situation we have been alert for, because it's something that we certainly don't want to see happening but need to know about if it does," Charles Penn said in an interview from Geneva.

Penn said this event is different from two recent clusters, in which severely immunocompromised patients in hospitals in Wales and North Carolina developed and probably transmitted among themselves Tamiflu-resistant H1N1 virus. It's known that resistance develops easily in such patients.

This, however, is a case where healthy people, who weren't taking the drug and who had no known contacts with sick people in the week before they fell ill, were infected with resistant viruses — "which is an apparent transmission of the resistant virus in a more normal community setting," Penn said.

"This is different and it does raise the levels of concern. But it also I think reinforces the message that we do need to be constantly monitoring for this. And reporting it as quickly as it's observed."

The scientists, from Vietnam's National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology and Oxford University's clinical research unit in Vietnam, reported that the event first hit the radar in early September when routine screening of H1N1 viruses turned up three with the mutation known to confer resistance to Tamiflu.

The ensuing public health investigation uncovered a tale of a 42-hour train trip in which 10 students who didn't know each other prior to the journey socialized on the train.

Six of the 10 became sick a day or two after arriving at their destination. Two didn't develop symptoms and public health officials were not able to trace two others.

Interestingly, a seventh person who travelled in a different carriage on the same train and who doesn't appear to have been in contact with the students also contracted Tamiflu resistant H1N1 during the trip.

"Ongoing transmission from the cluster was not detected, but the tracing of all contacts was not possible, so ongoing transmission (of resistant virus) cannot be ruled out," the authors wrote, adding that careful use of flu antivirals should be stressed to minimize that risk.

Penn said to date there have been over 100 cases of Tamiflu-resistant H1N1 viruses spotted. About a third have been seen in immunocompromised patients. Of the remaining two-thirds, nearly all have been in people who took the drug to treat or prevent illness, or who had close contact with people who took the drug for one of those purposes.

Prior to this report, he said, there have only been four cases spotted in people who hadn't taken the drug and didn't have traceable exposure to someone who had.

The authors reported they were able to grow viruses from samples from three of the cases.

Penn said the WHO will want to know if the viruses have been checked for other mutations that might account for the seemingly easy spread of resistant viruses. "I think we'll be in touch with the authors."

It used to be thought that flu viruses that developed resistance to Tamiflu would be so weakened by the mutation that confers resistance that they would not be able to spread from person to person. But that belief was shattered in the winter of 2008 when Norway reported a startling rate of Tamiflu resistance in seasonal H1N1 viruses.

Over the next year, the resistant seasonal H1N1 viruses virtually crowded out the Tamiflu-susceptible versions of the virus — a precedent public health authorities don't want to see repeated with the pandemic virus.

"But we are expecting and we've said this, that as the pandemic spreads through this Northern Hemisphere winter and as the medicines continue to be used around the world, the number of sporadic cases is going to rise, as it has been at a steady by small rate," Penn said.

"And then the risk of this sort of event occurring is going to increase with more virus around and those infections being treated."

Elisha Garcia said her 14-month-old daughter Mykaylah was born premature and suffers from epilepsy.

"We got her to where she needed to be. We got her seizures under control and she was the happiest little girl," said Elisha Garcia.

Both parents claim it all changed after a visit to their daughter's doctor. Her dad, Damian Garcia, said they were told she should get the swine flu vaccine.

"'It is OK. They haven't found anything wrong with it.' And I said, 'Are you sure?'" Damian Garcia said.

Both parents said they were convinced and Mykaylah got the shot.

"In that two-week period after that, she just started gradually going down and going down," Damian Garcia said. "She would stand up and she would just collapse over."

Tests were done and Mykaylah was diagnosed with ataxia, meaning she has trouble controlling her movements. Her parents claim a neurologist told them the swine flu vaccine could possibly have been a factor, maybe the result of an adverse effect.

Both parents said that there was no doubt the vaccine may have caused the side effect, but one doctor refuted their claims.

"There is no evidence, from the close surveillance, that CDC is giving this vaccine, that there is any such reaction," said pediatrician Dr. Lance Chilton.

Chilton said it's a vaccine that could save lives and he tells his patients to get it.

"I think there is good evidence that No. 1: that it is safe; No. 2: that it is effective and No. 3: that the influenza could come back and hit us as hard as it did in 1957," Chilton said.

First, they are not stopping the propaganda to try and get people riled up - over those "hated" Wall Street Bankers and Big Corp. people getting the Swine Flu vaccine before all the high risk and normal people.

The scientists reviewed autopsy reports, hospital records and other clinical data from 34 people who died of 2009 H1N1 influenza infection between May 15 and July 9, 2009. All but two of the deaths occurred in New York City.

The team was led by James R. Gill, M.D., of the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner and New York University School of Medicine, and Jeffery K. Taubenberger, M.D., Ph.D., of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at NIH. The findings are reported in the Archives of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, now available online and scheduled to appear in the February 2010 print issue.

One other question - if these are from autopsies from May and July WHY is it taking 6 MONTHS for the information to all of a sudden come out? A PRETTY teenager is fighting for life in hospital after taking Tamiflu to beat suspected swine flu.

Helpline staff told 18-year-old Samantha Millard she probably had the killer bug and to take the antiviral drug.

But after popping just three pills Samantha developed blisters on her body.

Doctors now fear the drug triggered life-threatening Stevens-Johnson syndrome, which causes chunks of skin to fall off.

The horror condition affects just three in a million people.

If it doesn't kill a victim they are left covered in scars.

Samantha's shocked mum Deborah took a photograph of her at home on Friday - two days after taking Tamiflu.

But hours later the teen - who hopes to become an air hostess - was in intensive care unable to breathe on her own.

Last night her condition had deteriorated and she was transferred to a specialist burns unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, West London.

Deborah and Samantha's sister Charley, 23, were keeping vigil at her hospital bedside.

Samantha had called her GP in Bicester, Oxon, after suffering flu-like symptoms. But she was told to call the helpline.

An operator said her headache and runny nose was probably swine flu and to take Tamiflu.

Last night angry Deborah, 41, blasted the helpline staff. She said: "It shouldn't be the case that people with no medical background can make these decisions.

"These people are just Joe Bloggs off the street.

"My daughter could die because of this. Her condition is getting worse."

She added: "The doctor said because the rash appeared after she took Tamiflu it was probably caused by Tamiflu."

Tamiflu maker Roche is investigating the case.

A spokesman said it was "difficult to determine the role" Tamiflu played but it could not be ruled out that it played a part in triggering the syndrome.

The Department for Health defended the helpline.

A spokesman added: "Serious reactions to Tamiflu are extremely rare and it should still be taken as soon as possible, especially for very serious swine flu cases."

Experts: Swine Flu Pandemic - Mildest in History!

Yet, the authorities and WHO are still insisting people get the Swine Flu vaccine?!

With the second wave of H1N1 infections having crested in the United States, leading epidemiologists are predicting that the pandemic could end up ranking as the mildest since modern medicine began documenting influenza outbreaks.

Experts warn that influenza is notoriously unpredictable, but several recent analyses, including one released late Monday, indicate the death toll is likely to be far lower than the number of fatalities caused by past pandemics.

The predictions are being met with a mix of skepticism, relief and trepidation: Public health officials worry people may get complacent about getting vaccinated, which could prove disastrous if a third wave of infections swells later this winter or the virus mutates into a more dangerous form.

"I think it is very likely to be the mildest pandemic on record," said Marc Lipsitch, a professor of epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health, who led a federally funded analysis with researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and elsewhere published online Monday by the journal PLoS Medicine.

The analysis, based on data collected in New York City and Milwaukee, indicates that the virus might directly cause between 6,000 and 45,000 deaths by the end of the winter, with the final toll probably falling somewhere between 10,000 and 15,000, Lipsitch said.

In the worse-case scenario, the swine flu pandemic would claim no more than about 60,000 lives, Lipsitch's new analysis concluded.

Even if the overall death toll does end up being relatively low, several experts noted that the pandemic has already taken an unusually high tally among children and young adults.

"We've had hundreds of deaths among children, which is a tragedy any way you look at it," said Anne Schuchat, director of the CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.

A typical flu season is associated with an average of 36,000 deaths in the United States, and an estimate released in August by a presidential advisory panel that Lipsitch was involved in predicted the novel 2009 H1N1 virus could kill between 30,000 and 90,000 Americans.

"Those were the best estimates we could make at the time based on the data available at the time," Lipsitch said. "We now have much better data to make estimates from."

When the presidential council's estimate was made, experts thought the virus could make up to 30 percent of the population sick. So far the virus appears to be causing symptoms in much smaller proportion, perhaps 15 percent, Lipsitch said.

The new analysis also indicates that the pandemic's "symptomatic case-fatality ratio" -- the percentage of those who become ill that die -- has been far lower than the previous three pandemics.

"If things continue as they've gone so far, this could turn out to be quite mild," said Ira M. Longini Jr., a professor of biostatistics at the University of Washington in Seattle who has calculated a similarly low case-fatality rate based on CDC data. Several experts praised the new analysis as the most sophisticated and therefore reliable to date.

"From what we know now, it would appear this is the mildest, both compared to 1968 and 1957 and certainly 1918," said Neal M. Ferguson, an epidemiologist at Imperial College in London who advises the World Health Organization and the Health and Human Services Department. The pattern appears to be consistent in other developed countries, such as Britain, he noted.

Others, however, cautioned that previous pandemics have produced deadly late-winter waves, which could occur in this case, pushing up the death toll dramatically. More older people could also start to get infected, which could also increase the toll.

To encourage Americans to continue to get vaccinated, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius Monday unveiled a new multimedia advertising campaign aimed at countering complacency. After a slow start, more than 80 million doses of vaccine are now available, she said.

"We have to seize this opportunity as disease is going down slightly to remind folks how important this is," Sebelius said.

While agreeing that people should continue to get vaccinated, Lipsitch and others said they doubted a major increase of deaths would occur in a third wave without some major change in the virus.

"I doubt very much it will get very much worse," Ferguson said. "There's a faint possibility, but I don't think there will be a major change."

One major reason for the relatively low death toll is that the elderly, who tend to be most vulnerable to dying from complications from the flu, have largely been spared so far, apparently because many have some immunity against the disease. The 36,000 deaths blamed on a typical flu season include many that are actually caused by heart attacks, strokes and other complications associated with the flu among the elderly and people with other health problems. Only about 9,000 deaths are directly caused by the flu virus during a typical flu season.

"Sometimes Mother Nature throws us a break," said Howard Markel, director of the Center for the History of Medicine at the University of Michigan.

But other factors may also be playing a role, including the virus being less likely to cause illness and severe illness than viruses involved in previous pandemics as well as better medical care available than in previous decades, such as antiviral drugs and more sophisticated intensive care techniques.

"In 1918 it was really prehistoric medical care," Markel said. "In 1957, we really didn't have intensive care. In 1968 we were starting to have it but it was nothing like we have today."

Nonetheless, Lipsitch and others stressed that the massive multibillion dollar vaccination campaign and other intense responses were appropriate, given the uncertainty of what the nation and world was facing.

"You have to err on the side of caution to some extent," Lipsitch said. "We got lucky. But if we didn't have a plan in place and we had 60,000 or 70,000 deaths, people would have been justifiably outraged."

For days, 33-year-old Lisa Briggs had symptoms. She had chills, fatigue, spiking fevers -- but she didn't want to go to the hospital and leave her family.

"She didn't want to be in the hospital, away from the kids," said her husband, Chris Briggs.

On Halloween night, Lisa, a mother of two, agreed to go to the hospital.

After days in Wheeling Hospital, Lisa was life-flighted to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W. Va. Her condition was so bad she was quarantined in a glass room.

"She was in an isolation room. They did a wash-out of her lungs and she did test positive for swine flu," said Briggs.

Doctors also discovered that Lisa had bacterial pneumonia. Doctors induced a coma after her condition deteriorated. Before she went under, her husband of 11 years came to her side.

"I just told her I loved her and to get better," said Briggs.

She never regained consciousness.

"We saw them do CPR on her and everything," said Briggs

On Nov. 14 at 10:35 a.m., the doctor told Lisa's family she had passed.

"His exact words were, 'She played good ball, but the game was over'," said Briggs.

Lisa and her husband had just bought a new house in Weirton, W. Va. She never lived in it. Now, her family fills the walls of their new home with lasting memories of her.

"She loved kids. Pretty much her life revolved around me, the kids and church," said Briggs.

He said her only underlying medical condition was sleep apnea. It's unclear where she contracted the virus.

What I Think is Happening Personally - My Thoughts on Ukraine and Spraying 12/07/09 10:22am

These are my thoughts on what is happening.

After spending the hours/days/weeks on investigating what is happening in Ukraine and other areas, I am now going to voice my thoughts on the situation.

These thoughts include many aspects including those, some would call conspiracies.

The plague/bacterial pneumonia that has been in Ukraine AFTER Spraying was done trying to cause a Major outbreak of disease. I firmly believe it was done on purpose and Ukraine was the testing place for the first spraying!

I firmly believe it is being done by TPTB - WHY?

With all the economic breakdowns and Ukraine has many problems with many complicated aspects involved with their breakdown. From the Presidential elections and power plays, to their money problems, to Russia wanting their resources of gas, to so many other internal problems they have, after I researched what is going on there, they were the perfect testing ground in TPTB eyes. I feel very bad for Ukraine's people, after all I have read about their situation. Their political situation is sickening - it is not about the people there, it is about the power players. The country is underwater financially, trying to get loans from the IMF and they do not have good medical care overall.

Poland - the Health Minister has remained firm (which is awesome) against vaccines - could their spraying (still not sure, it actually happened) be part of a retaliation against the Polish people?

I also believe this spraying did not have the complete effect TPTB have wanted, the amount of spreading of the disease/plague has decreased from all that I have read (unless the numbers are being hidden).

What does that mean?

It means TPTB may have used the spraying of Ukraine as a test - to see how effective the disease sprayed was and how well it would spread.

Are they now refining the disease, so it will be more lethal for the coming sprayings planned?

I believe there will be 9 times of spraying, which we will hear about with sickness afterwards.

Considering a certain program stated a long time ago "ill winds" would start at the end of Oct. - and then the spraying of Ukraine happened - says the program was exactly correct in it's predictions.

The prediction says 9 times around the world with these "ill winds". I thought about it many times on how it could be 9 times. After hearing of more incidents of spraying - beginning in Paraguay with the spraying of a tribe there and them being sick afterwards, made me realize, we would hear about spraying and then people being sick afterwards 9 times.

It mentioned the "ill winds" saying the 9 times was SET in the language and the "ill winds" WILL be around the world 9 times!

Now, think about the one place that would be the best to spray.... where people from every corner of the world will be there, thus the disease is set to absolutely travel to every single country of the world. After the testing of Ukraine and the refining of the disease to make it more contagious, it could then spread around the world, from this one event. Which is also mentioned in the report, as having spraying being done and disease following that spraying. Now, you guess which event is coming up that will have people from Every corner of the world, in February and is an ideal place to set off a world wide plague/disease! Now, I have been contacting Medical Examiners and even though information SHOULD BE Public about what caused deaths, I am Getting Nowhere! The message is clear – we are all going to die from swine flu. It spreads fast, it is dangerous, and it must be feared – says the World Health Organization

But worry not – there is a way to save yourself. Just get a flu shot – and purchase a remedy for the deadly virus. Those are the instructions from the WHO.

However, the WHO may find itself coughing up explanations, as more and more scientists and health researchers, and even journalists, are starting to question the organization’s motives behind raising the alert so quickly.

According to the Danish Daily Information newspaper, the WHO and pharmaceutical companies are suffering from the profit bug. Or, to put it simply, the chief health care organization in the world has teamed up with the drug makers to create a phantom monster – and to rake in cash by selling a remedy for it.

Plastered all over the front pages and headlines news, swine flu made its triumphant entrance into limelight, heralded as the next “in” virus, which threatened to bring an end to humanity as we know it.

Let's stop right there and talk numbers for a little bit.

So far, more than 3.5 million people have been reported to be infected with swine flu worldwide. More than 9,000 deaths have been confirmed.

In comparison: every year, up to one billion people get infected with seasonal flu, with up to 500,000 deaths. These numbers come from the World Health Organization, but they never make headline news for some reason.

On June 11 of this year, the WHO declared swine flu a pandemic. But few know that, right before doing that, the Organization changed its definition, taking out the word “deadly” from it.

Aleksander Saversky, the chair of the Patient's Rights Protection League, was one of those who did pay attention. He says it is clear that the WHO dramatized the situation around the H1N1 virus. In an interview to RT, Saversky speculated that it is due to the WHO's close ties with the world's major pharmaceutical companies.

And recently, Danish journalists conducted their own research, which resulted in accusations that the WHO, and scientists who appear to be independent are, in fact, on pharmaceutical companies' payroll.

Saversky points out that the WHO declared the status of pandemic when only a few thousand people were infected with it – something that is highly illogical, he says, considering the hundred thousand more cases of seasonal flu never gets paid such high attention.

The virus was reported to be extremely deadly. Parallels were drawn to the Spanish Flu, which killed roughly 50 million people worldwide in the span of six months.

As panic spread, people rushed to clinics for Tamiflu – $145 a pop and by prescription only in the US – and for vaccinations, which range anywhere from $10 to $50. And despite the fact that many have lost their jobs in the financial crisis, and were left without health insurance, vaccinations and pharmaceutical sales skyrocketed. Nobody wants to die a grisly death from the supposedly new virus.

Aleksander Saversky warns the hullaballoo over swine flu is akin to the fable of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf.” He says that, because of this hype, the next time a truly dangerous virus comes about, no one will take any precautions. Fooled once already by swine flu, people will ignore the warnings and fall prey to a more dangerous – and deadly virus.

In fact, vaccinating people from swine flu during the seasonal flu outbreak, in Saversky’s opinion, is criminal. People end up having to battle two viruses at the same time, which puts an enormous strain on the immune system.

Saversky puts the blame on capitalism – pharmaceutical companies make billions on people's fears, combined with asymmetrical information dispersal (meaning that most people know very little substantial information about the virus, whereas the WHO, pharmaceutical companies and researchers know a lot more).

So, what's to be done to conquer the virus – and stop the WHO?

Saversky says there is one solution – for governments worldwide to step in and take matters into their own hands, by controlling healthcare and pharmaceutical production.

Until that happens, however, remember to check for all common flu symptoms. And should a general disinclination to work of any kind be among them, rest assured – it is most probably a run-of-the-mill case of the Monday Blues.

They say - "your ears will bleed" in the beginning - at the very end, they say "you will literally be Underground".

I find these things of interest, considering, part of the PTB "moral codes" are to tell the people in advance what will be happening to them, in one way or another. If you look back in history - we have always been forewarned about what is going to happen. It is from my understanding part of the PTB rules "The people have to be told and that way, they are Okay with it happening". I had not put this in before, as information was all over the place on what was real or not real regarding spraying in Saratov Russia by a blogger. Was the spraying the blogger saw - Chemtrails? Even if one or more of these are not absolute, the claims are there and the internet is filled with them. So, in my book - we have now had 4 of the 9 "ill winds around the world". The web bot had predicted 9 times of "ill winds around the world", earlier this year.

Is this a ploy for hysteria to get people to take the Swine Flu Vaccine in California?
How is it California can get this amount of money on masks and gloves in a federal grant, yet the Federal Government won't give them money for anything else? So the money goes to Big Pharma for masks and gloves (which are pharma owned companies)? This information "stinks" of propaganda and another way of getting people to get the Swine Flu Vaccine in mass! Of course those are just my opinions.

They are intended for roughly 10,000 public schools with about 6.3 million students in more than 1,000 districts, said Hilary McLean, a spokeswoman for the California Department of Education. Shipping of the supplies began late last month, she said.

Federal guidelines recommend that students with H1N1 symptoms such as fever, cough, and sore throat be sent to a separate office or sick room until they can leave campus.

But it can take several hours before parents can pick up their children, McLean said.

In the meantime, the child will be asked to wear a surgical mask while the school nurse or other staffer will wear a different type of mask and gloves, McLean said.

There have been more than 7,200 cases of swine flu reported in California this year, 366 of them fatal, according to the state Department of Public Health.

Although some counties have reported drops in the number of new swine flu cases, indicating the pandemic may have peaked locally, McLean said schools can always store the masks and gloves in case there's an outbreak of another type of flu.

"Next year, we're sure to have another flu season," she said.

I have been working on trying to contact people on confirming if it has been Bacterial Pneumonia, which in essence is what people call the pneumonic plague, but I have been simply asking if the deaths were bacterial pneumonia. No one seems to be responding back to me yet, even here in the states, the medical examiners will not answer that One simple question, when I have inquired about it. I am still waiting for Phone calls back, guess I won't hold my breath.

I have challenged the examiners offices, asking why they can not answer the one question - it is always the same response - "give us your phone number, we will get back to you".
